GOOD place to go and always fresh & hot.From the very recent visit..Out of the hot sauce from this place and was very disappointed. No replacements nor other offerings like Yonge location.Went in for the specials and usually pack into 1 box. Came home and opened the box, missing a piece of chicken. Called the store to let them know and was advised to come in next time, piece will be added.
One of the best Popeyes lactations! Even though this restaurant is often busy they stillmaintain a clean and sanitary environment! The staff are always friendly/ inviting, always working hard, the food is always fresh and tasty.
Had a chicken sandwich combo here. Food and staff were good. The place is a little smaller than other popeyes. I would say be patient with this location i saw only three people working doing the best they can
Service was slow, staff were asking customers to modify their orders after they have paid. Ordered a 8 pc nugget combo to go but so disappointed when I got home and see that I only got 6 in the box.
I always recommend this place where I feel so fresh in clean atmosphere. Staff is so sharp and speed of service is out of mind. If we talk about food very delicious
They staff are rude and unprofessional. I went there with my friend last night to order some food. I got a sandwich and my friend ordered literally a minute after me. I received my sandwich after 10 minutes!!!! But it gets worse because my friend who ordered the same thing right after me waited for another 20 minutes to get 1 single sandwich. By the time she got hers, my sandwich was already cold. Also when I paid for my food, I immediately asked them if I can also get a drink and the cashier told me I have to wait on the line again?! Seriously?!It’s just very disappointing…
They’re really nice… I’ve never had any issues with them.Tonight I ordered on Uber eats and then called to ask if they could include hot sauce since I couldn’t figure it out in the notes and they were courteous and friendly.
WORST POPEYES EVER! FIRST,Waited 20 min for my food, i got spicy instead of the mild i had asked for. the staff work veryyy SLOW. SECOND, The food is INEDIBLE. They cook the chicken with the seafood in the same oil, and the chicken taste like fish. Disgusting!!! bought for my family for easter weekend and we are very disappointed. we will never order popeyes again! don’t eat here!
I ordered family meals and they said my order would be ready in 15 minutes, I sat in my car and could see other customers ordering their food through the window, after about 20 minutes I went to the shop to pick up my order, stayed 10 minutes more and they were still ignoring me and giving those who ordered their food after me from the same spot that they should have prepared my order.You might say there might not have been enough chickens for your food but this was not the case, everything was ready for packing my order.You might say those customers had ordered online or by phone, this is not true! I saw those customers from window staying in the line and ordered in the shop.Finally after 30 minutes I spoke up and their answer was none-sense, they said we were busy!Busy with what?They should have been honest and respectful to their customer.I would not go to this shop anymore. They do not deserve having this business!Look at the response I got from the owner!They use inappropriate title "sir" not "Sir"They are using foolish understanding of reviewing time to show other "Hey we are closed at the time of your review"Be mindful with these people.Place your reviews when their shop is open!!!!Otherwise they would win the game.Hey, look instead of playing with the time, change your attitude! Be respectful with customers' point of view.I looked at their answers to reviews, they are all defensive and disrespectful for low rate reviews!
As good as cheap chain place can possibly be. Not all Popeyes are the same, I was served undercooked chicken with red blood visible at Spadina and College location, meat wasn't easily removable from the bones and had suspicious color at Sheppard and Yonge location in the food court. Chicken is fresh and properly cooked in this location. Counter person was friendly with customers and engaged in small talks. Plus, with Tuesday deal you can get a decent meal for $5.50. Overall good impression.
