This place has gone from decent to completely terrible and inconvenient. Before when I would come in it would literally take me 3-5 minutes to get my tenders. Now every time I come in I have to wait at least 15 minutes!The previous Filipino manager was not perfect, but she knew how to get hot fast food out. I haven’t seen her lately and you can see how everything has gone down hill for this fast food place.Popeyes is a fast food joint, and I expect fast and hot food! Not terrible service and slow food
Worst dine in ever.. Id rather have music playing in store than having to experience a staff or a manager yell at other staff. The location at finch and Yonge is better to get your chicken.
If I could leave a 0 rating, I would. Every single time I visit this location, it's a problem. They don't wear gloves when handling the food in a global pandemic, you could be the FIRST customer in the store and still leave after the people who came in after you. They talk over the food. Don't visit this location. It's worth going up to Bathurst & Sheppard for better service.
2 weeks ago me my wife and our niece went there ordered the 8 piece family meal, asked for white meat 1 spicy and 1 regular plus the other 6 pieces. Was told that they only had 1 piece breast left, wouldn't common sense dictate when running low to start cooking more? .I said how long do we have to wait 15 minutes i was told after 5 minutes she said your order is ready, i said that's with the white meat? no sorry we didn't have any, i said so you charge me full price but without any breasts? She said yes i said that's a rip off aren't i suppose to get 2 thighs, 2 wings,2 legs and 2 breasts for the full price? This is not the first time they have pulled this scam charging full price but not giving any breasts. I will never go back to that location again.
Extremely terrible service. The hours shown on Google do not reflect the real hours of operation as a staff member answered the phone and pretended that they were closed. That was extremely unprofessional. We heard chattering and lots of loud background noises. Under no circumstances should customers be treated this way due to pure laziness as the store was about to close in an hour. Yes, this is a fast food restaurant but it is also a business. Owners/management, please have rules in place that customers may not be dissatisfied by impartiality.
I was offered a complementary meal so I went back to the restaurant to get it but the customer service experience was awful, I was treated as if I was begging, they also messed up the order by putting something I asked them not to put on the sandwich so I threw out the food. The manager had the gul to ask me to send him a picture as if he thinks I just wanted free food from them and telling me it was a miscommunication. I was also asked by the manager if I liked the sandwich I must change the rating which it's obvious it's all he cared about.I had a chicken sandwich combo yesterday Sunday December 5 at this restaurant and I don't know what happened but I felt I was eating oil, the fries and the chicken in the sandwich was full of oil, I had to throw away the food because I started to feel like I wanted to vomit and I did. I've been trying to contact the restaurant since then and not able to reach anyone
I can't get over how delicious the spicy crispy chicken sandwich is. In any case, the food is delicious and no more expensive than other fast food options. Ordering ahead online and picking up in store was convenient and handy.
Sorry to give 1 star. I ordered from Uber, Chicken were very dry and fries were hard and stale. I had to throw them out. To make it worse, I have a stomach upset after eat some chicken. I am lying on my bed, having a stomach upset for few hours. Upset.
Unfortunately was not able to enter this Popeyes as someone had left they dog tied up in between the entrance doors. Had to another location.
The staff is so cheerful and energetic mood! Called about a delivery order mistake and they resolved the problem without any issues. Job well done. Looking forward to another spicy chicken sandwich.
