Really really yummy. Came here about a month ago. Really good pizza.Staff was very very nice, and they all seemed to get along so well i thought they were family. They werent family, just happy people making happy pizza. Thank you!
I ordered from these guys the other day. They said 30 minutes. I drove over to their young st location. As I pulled up the called me. Sorry we’re out of dairy free cheese. Who waits 25min to figure out they can’t fulfill the order?

Pizza is excellent. Best feature of pizza is the fresh dough they use and the amount of “kneading” they do. Fresh daily dough, kneading time = chewy pizza. All the rest is excellent. Order ahead of time because it takes about 15-20 mins to make pizza which is the correct time. Reading reviews on this site is fun too. Many kens and Karen’s out there. Unfriendly staff? Haha…you go there to make friends? Pictures of pizza that was from another store? Because that isn’t from pizzaiolo. Delivery delays? Poor baby. That is why I never fully trust reviews.Too many losers complaining about trivials. Best Chain Pizza in Ontario…then pizza nova. Was fun to read all the first world problems we have in this life. Used to be great, but recently not so much. Crust is overcooked now (has a burnt taste which ruins the whole pizza). Seems like the entire staff have changed so perhaps under new management?
I love the service and the different kind of pizzas they served. I don’t usually eat the pizza crust of other brands but with Pizzaiolo is different, the crust is so light and tasty. The pizzas were made with really hood quality ingredients, the flavours were on point. The service was amazing, pizzas came out on time and the customer service was great! I will definitely come here more often!!
This amazing pizza store has exceeded my expectations. Their food is absolutely amazing and it tastes amazing, are customer service is always very good and they always make sure they give me what I want with the most fresh and topping. Everytime I order my pizza arrives so fast that its hot as if it has just come out the oven and right to my house. PLEASE PLEASE VISIT THIS PLACE YOU WILL LOVE IT!

EDIT:Since I wrote the review below the head office of Pizzaiolo reached out to me to help set things straight. I always appreciate when someone makes the effort to fix things that have gone wrong. I have therefore added two stars.….....................This was an odd experience. Always been happy with Pizzaiolo quality of pizza, but it's been a few years since we came to this location. Things are not the same...Saturday evening we had ordered and paid in advance online, and I came to pick up the pizzas at the indicated time. Behind the counter things were a bit chaotic to say the least. There were six people loudly arguing with each other, running in and out of the kitchen, where the argument got even louder. Masks were on and off while pizza boxes were opened, closed and rearranged. It seemed like there was serious confusion about who was doing what, and about what pizza should be matched up to what orderMe and several others were patiently waiting while the scene unfolded. What looked like a lady doing deliveries went behind the counter - again without a mask - while the arguing continued.About 20 minutes after the indicated pick up time I eventually walked out of there with my pizzas. The taste was not what we remembered. Quality of ingredients is on par with Pizza Pizza and Pizza Nova. Always remembered Pizzaiolo as a cut above, but that's clearly no longer the case - at least not at this location. Will not be back.
There seems to be a theme here for this location, and while management apologizing and offering discounts etc. is a nice gesture, they need to evaluate the recurring problems with their service. My last two orders were late; the driver got lost on a main road each time (how??) and the pizza by this time was barely warm and soggy. We love the quality but don't know if we will order again from this location for fear of the same issue again.
