Wish there was a negative rating option, poorest service, not at all accommodating, I have been a regular customer of Pizza hut since 10+ years. Never faced such stupidity, I have allergies and I asked the person named Parth to customize my order and remove items but he insisted that its not possible, have been doing the same at other locations never had a single issue in 10 years. But lesson learnt never stepping back at this store. Maybe you guys should think of changing your servers to someone who understands the customer’s needs. I blame the whole experience on the server. I used to work in hospitality too, would never give such a bad experience to a customer, this person made me cancel the order and didn’t even refund the money had to go back 3 days later after checking my credit cards statements, Parth lied again to my face “I have issued the credits” but when I asked for proof, he didn’t have anything after insisting on getting a proof he offered to pay me cash.
The guy with the turban was very rude. He just came towards me like I asked for his kidney and he said we not gonna make any changes in the pizza. It is on 07/10/2022 at 10 pm. He must have learn some customer service.
We used to love Pizza Hut but unfortunately over the years they seem to have fallen apart. Their Pan Pizza isn’t as crispy as I once remember it and they are really skimping on the toppings and cheese lately which is why we don’t order them often. Hopefully they can get back to their good old ways eventually someday.

Unfortunately I had the worse experience with this place! I tried to place an order the first guy hanged up on me , I called again a girl picked up and she was making our order very complicated and was not understanding what we wanted her name was trisan or Trisant” they are very unprofessional.
Bunch of jokers running the store!!I ordered online for a store pickup at 9.22pm on Apr 30. Arrived 10 mins before scheduled pickup, the cashier said it will take 5 mins. Paid and I was waiting, I could see the pizza was ready however there was a chaos between the cashier and the kitchen stuff, they were speaking in Hindi and clearly seemed there was a mix up between the order takers and kitchen stuff, they kept pizza on a size table. After 20 mins my order was still in kitchen as per him. Finally he packs the same pizza which was sitting on the side counter for 20-25 mins. I informed if this was my order why was it sitting for long. I wanted a fresh pizza from the oven and not a cold, sitting open. He ordered a replacement and I kept waiting for another 15 mins, my side orders were sitting for the entire time. When my pizza was ready, I informed I wont be taking the fries and garlic bread (Of course they were cold by now) and wanted the pizza and dip. He wont cancel the order from the bill and processed my refund without the taxes for the 2 items. All this time I noticed he was brushing his hair with his bare hands, touching his face, tucking his over grown hair, touching the food, no food handling basic hygiene being maintained . When asked why will he not refund the taxes, his response I cant. I cancelled my entire order and got a full refund wasting 50 mins in the store. I wanted to bring his casual customer service experience to the store manager. In his usual casual attitude, he replies store manager is in India!!! He lacks basic training to deal with customer, shameless and casual attitude, unhygienic food handling, casually taking phone calls on his personal phone speaking in his regional language while in the counter.Why am writing this long review. Franchises run by international student is always a hit and miss experience. I just want the store management team to know how the store is being managed !!!
I agree with other reviewers, this is the worst pizza hut location in GTA. Would give zero stars.Pizza was undercooked, missing toppings that were paid for extra, Cinnabon was burnt.
I’m a regular pizza hut customer but the pizza from this location was nothing but a waste of money. The sauce had no flavour, I think they forgot to add salt to it which made the whole pizza taste like cheese on bread with tasteless Veges. Staff refused to admit that something can be wrong with the Pizza and showed an unapologetic attitude.
I don't know how there are so many good reviews.This pizza hut barely puts any tomato sauce when making their pizza. Sometimes it seems like there's no tomato sauce at all. I usually get the $10 or $15 specials. I am not sure if they are just being cheap with the discount pizzas. Its been like this for almost a year now.
