This place is hit or miss depending on who you get behind the counter. The servers are super inconsistent where you will often end up with a ridiculously small portion of protein (sometimes even veggies). The wrapping of the shawarmas is sometimes so sloppy that I stood there many times watching them butcher my order and regretted my decision to come in. Its a totally different experience if you're lucky enough to get someone (usually on Sundays) who will make your food with the outmost care and put in fair portions that you will not be disappointed with.I've been eating here for years and used to be a regular, but these new servers have absolutely ruined it for me even though the food quality is still great. I literally walk past the store to see who's working and then decide whether or not walk in.Either train them to be more consistent or just give them a specific spoon/cup that they can use to measure out correct portions instead.I gave this 5 stars a few years ago. But even with the new renovations and everything its 3 stars now because of the staff.

The quality has really come down. In terms of the food and the service.I found the lady at the counter to be a Racist. I don't know how else to explain this.I paid the same amount, for the same food as the guy in front of me of a different color and race.I don't know why she acted the way she did. I could see the frustration she expressed when she had to take my order. She had problems with me the moment I walked in. I am never going back.

They wrote plate shawarma $8.95 on the door window and gave me the same shawarma $12.95. That's how they pile it. I never liked pita late.

Today was my first visit, i tried more than 1 sandwich( laffa) the beef shawarma was delicious, Souvlaki, as well as Gyro… they are very friendly they even offered us free lental soup ? was also delicious … definitely recommended, will go back again!!

First time there. Quite a pleasant experience. Got the falafel wrap. It was just what I needed at 10:30pm. Price was good compared to other places in the area. The girl who works there is very charming as well.

Tried it yesterday for the first time.. We loved it. The service was so nice and helpful, as we mentioned that we have no idea what's what.So came here for the second time today. Service was super nice, again.Chicken shawarma and Souvlaki plates are amazing, portions are pretty big compared to what you get elsewhere for this price. Only mīnuss would be super oily eggplant.Otherwise, happy to come back again and again.Maybe picture does not bring the plessure to eye, but it's delicious.

First time trying this location. Great shawarma wrap but I deducted two stars because I chewed and found a piece of plastic in it. Other than that it tastes good

I've been going here for a while and It's been great. The thing I really like about this place In comparison to other food-joints Is the fact that everything Is fresh. As soon as you order your food, they start frying It up In front of you and It's nice knowing that It Isn't food that's been pre-made and just sitting on a heater for hours. While the food does taste good too, another good aspect to the business Is the customer service Itself. I go often so I typically recognize most of the staff working there. The nicest one I've met so far though was a blonde lady named Zuka. Every time she serves me she's extremely polite and kind. She's consistent with the food she serves as well. Some times, with varying staff, you end up with more or less sauce or slightly different portions than you'd like. With her though It's always the right amount and when she's working I know I'll be satisfied with the food I'm ordering. Overall though the quality of both the food and service make it worth going to! Definitely try it

This was the first time I ordered here. I ordered chicken shawarma wrap. The portion was okay for the price. I also liked the taste of chicken and sauces.

This was my first time trying Pita Lite and it was delicious! I had the beef shawarma and falafel on rice. Everything was amazing and prices are quite fair. They have a nice front patio where you can enjoy your meal on a warm day but during the colder days I'd say this place is mostly for takeout as indoor sitting space is quite limited. I'll be back really soon! I want to try everything on the menu! Also, my greatest appreciation for the nice miss who prepared our meals because she handled A TON of orders all by herself! What a pro! ???
