I went here a few weeks ago for the first time. I love schawarma, and I have a favorite place I usually go to get it. However, I was in the Jane and Finch Mall and decided to give Pita Land a try. First, the workers were super friendly. The one Iranian gentleman took extra care to make a delicious wrap. He was very friendly and did a great job making the wrap. I definitely will be going back. The customer service made the experience so enjoyable. Thanks guys for a wonderful day.
Like always food was awesome. Been coming here for years and he always takes care of me. Portions are good that I save some for later!! A+

Poor customer service, sleepy guy, didn't get the order right. The sandwich wasn't packed and it opened up.
i only get like one small scoop of beef on top of rice for 17$the place is very poor they don't even have menu to showdoesn't worth
Mentioned they were open and went out of my way 15 mins to drive here without eating all day and it’s closed. Store hours on google should be changed to ensure customers don’t waste their time. People time and sacrifice should be respected. I hope people don’t come here after 8pm. Thanks for sending home hungry.
Big thief, she put more meat on the Stove, and then add less on shawarma. Worst experience, Pita land should cancel her Franchise.
I went to the Pita Land at York University and they were so nice they let us pay next week as the student cards are not working. It actually slapped. Chicken was busssinnn and the eggs were cracklinggg. Started a day long date with wife there. Prices were great too! Would definitely go again throughout the school year. Great people, great setting, patio is solid, food is bangin.
The worst shawarma place ever every time I call In they are so rude on the phone. They yelled and hung up on me. Like we are paying customer and yet they are so rude. Worst place ever avoid because they obviously do not care about their customers..Whenever I call to this location the woman working there is so rude she literally yelled at me and asked why I keep calling, then hung up on me. What kind of people do they hire like so unprofessional. If I was the manager she would have long been gone.
I like the place lady is friendly but little bit pricy
