Hey everyone, I typically only leave good reviews and am usually silent for bad experiences because I feel bad to leave bad reviews, but this was so bad, I feel a duty to do this... I was just there for a party of 16ish and it was a disaster. Every dish came out 1 at a time. People were finishing whole others still didn't get their meals. The chicken was way over cooked and this is my favorite- my mom was charged $2.99 for a side of ketchup!I asked my mom how that could be! Did they give you the bottle I asked her. She said she didn't want to make a scene because it's a birthday. Fair enough but that's insane. There was a service charge, so I asked the server if that was the tip- simple yes or no would have sufficed but she continued to string together nonsensical words giving me the feeling like she wanted to somehow convey that that for parties..Blah blah she wanted a double too. I went around and made sure people knew that tip was included. Then also amazing part, my cousin's n was charged $100 and a bottle of wine that the host ordered and the server said that she out it on his bill and that she can't split it and some crazy nonsense. We laughed and were like, yes you can change it and take it off my bill and put it on the host's bill, not mine! I don't know what happened after that. I was paid and left.i could say that there is no reason to go back at all. Not 1.

The most terrible service I have ever had. I ordered chicken soup for my kid and Kharcho soup for myself. Both soups were very salty and my daughter could not eat it. I decided that somehow I would eat what I received from the chef, but for my kid I asked the waiter to replace the soup with khinkali, because we planned to have dinner at this restaurant, but it was impossible to eat soup. I was going to pay the difference in price, but that was refused. I had to pay for food spoiled with salt, too. The conversation with the owner of the restaurant did not help either. It turns out that we were wrong that we did not want to eat terribly salted food. We ended up leaving after paying for both dishes, one of which was practically untouched. Instead of a positive experience, we got negative from the staff, including the owner. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

Beware, these guys will rip you off by charging you an 18% tip on the bill without informing you. They included tip within the bill without letting us know. and handed us the card machine that led us to the tip selection. The bill seemed unusually high for what we ordered (there were 4 of us) so I went over each item and saw something that I could not recognize. I asked the server and only then did she tell me that tip was included. I was already mad that she gave me the card machine without informing me of this. I immediately took out my phone and calculated the tip percentage that was written on the bill - 18%!!!I was SO UPSETbecause 1) the server had served us very poorly - we ordered a jug of house juice and she gave us no cups for it. She went to the far back and sat down on the chair doing her phone. I waved at her many times but she was still on her phone for a long time. Then other customers came in and she was preoccupied.2) The meat in the khinkali was not cooked. My friend took a bite and spat it out because it was cold as if it just came out of the fridge. They cooked it for us again (and still charged full price for that item).Considering the ridiculous service I would have tipped 10 or 13 percent. But I had no choice but to tip 18 percent & I would have tipped even more on top of that if I had not went through the bill meticulously.I asked the server how much percentage of tip they include by default and she said she doesn't know, it's just set by the POS system and the restaurant charges tip because it's shared with the kitchen (no logic there whatsoever).Ridiculous service, ridiculous management, ridiculous system.I'm going to post about this on IG, FB, etc and tell all my friends.

Tasty food, friendly and welcoming staff, good entertainment, overall very positive experience. We were at the restaurant this weekend and we made our reservation a week before the date of our party. We discussed the menu with the owner, timing and all the details. Everything was prepared as we wanted. Even our table was decorated with extra balloons! The staff in the kitchen, Sophia and Artem all worked non stop. We definitely will be back and will recommend this restaurant to our friends.

Great restaurant and all the food was delicious. The staff made sure our party of 14 people were well serviced, all of the dishes were very flavourful, fresh and extremely filling, and the musician that came to perform for the evening did a great job. We’ll be back again.

was at this restaurant two days ago. everything was super delicious! all the waiters are as nice as possible, especially the guy who was serving , Artem. all dishes were served on time, hot and fresh) I’ll visit this restaurant again for sure

Horrible experience! We visited this place on Sunday evening, Mar 13, group of 10 people. There was only one `waitress for two big tables and 3 small tables, obviously she could not perform. The place looked unorganized with some dirty tables, no background music, no tablecloths. Portions are very small, especially appetizers.

I've been few times gave chances but the worst restaurant ever been. Service sucks rude and disrespectful the worst customer service. Require lots of improvement. Low staff. Last time we went asked for water came very late. We were so hungry the food came after 3.5 hrs awful.Never waited more than an hour in any restaurant I've been.Very disappointed

CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE OWNER HAS NO CLUE ABOUT WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS!

very nice place delicious food, definitely better than Suliko
