This place is awesome!I celebrated my birthday here with a party of ten people April 12th/2022.Every single guest absolutely loved the food and service. The food was delicious, fresh, authentic, and generous portions.Our servers Adi & Alex were amazing, thoughtful, and made the experience so wonderful. Can't wait to come back! Thank you!
If you're looking for the best italian food in Toronto, this is it! This restaurant has a great menu with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Their pasta, meat and pizza sections are to die for. To top it off, they have the nicest team of servers who are very attentive and will make you feel at home. I had a great time here and would definitely recommend it.
I have recently arrived in Canada and I was looking for a restaurant to feel at home, which piazzetta trattoria has managed to achieve, bringing me back even if only for an evening in Italy, with its dishes and its atmosphere, typical of my native country. Excellent service.
This a great place to go for your Italian cravings! Firstly, indoors is like you're walking straight into Italy and it was all around a great vibe. It was quiet and clean. Started with the Antipasto Piazzetta which gave a great selection of cheeses, vegetables to munch on, meats and calamari! The service was amazing as they were very friendly and helpful with ordering. They also have a great selection of wine, which the server also was helpful with their knowledge on helping us make a selection for our dinner. As for the meal, I had the Fettucine Caprino, which firstly the presentation was amazing and so was the taste, but secondly was such a hard decision to make with how much diverse selection they have on the menu! Although no pizza was had, just reading the selections on the menu and listening to the server's suggestions, the choices sounded delicious. Wish I had pictures to share but everything was eaten too quickly! Overall a very enjoyable time and delicious food.
The place is amazing. Beautiful ambience. Foods are so delicious & authentic and very friendly service. We hosted a big staff party at this place before the lockdown on the second floor and was so impressed by this restaurant. Would definitely come back?
My company has held our holiday party here for several years now. We have always had a wonderful experience. The food, service and ambiance are truly exceptional. It’s a North Toronto gem!!!
My family discovered this place during the pandemic and have always been impressed and satisfied by their delivered food. They have really delicious pizzas with an absolutely beautiful chili sauce (they give you two different ones for each pizza!) that is fresh and provides great acidity to their slices.We usually get any of their pizzas that have porcini mushrooms on it and they always have a great selection of pastas on the side as well. We've probably ordered from them about 7 times by now, each trying various little flavors of pizza and pasta, and all have been great meals.We're looking forward to visiting in person some day!
Great seating indoor and outdoor, very good service, had the calamari fritti and the margarita pizza which were decent.
Sorry to say but the food and the service are not like before. We just had dinner (09/19/21), no taste at all. The appetizers (deep fried calamari and mussels with white wine sauce) that we ordered we ate them all, not because really good but we just hungry. The rest of them (veal with cremini red sauce, grilled salmon with pasta in red sauce, grilled chicken with veggies and potatoes) we didn't finish them. The other one we ordered pasta with seafood (mussels and shrimps) is so smelly. We lost the appetite.And the last but not the least, I didn't see anyone of the staffs with a happy smile while they were serving or behind the counter; no one excited welcoming the guest. Won't recommend to anyone to come here, and for sure it will be our last visit to this restaurant.
A great experience as always. We chose to sit on the outdoor patio since the weather was great. Grilled calamari and the Bolognese pasta was great and the dinner for 2 was priced fairly. One of our favourite spots!
