I didn’t like my experience here. Bad vibes from the ladies at the front. The fried rice was really oily & they gave me a soup spoon… There was no regular spoon or fork, no napkins, no soy sauce in the bag. They charged me extra $2.50 to switch the shrimp out for beef in my 2 fresh rolls???????? When does that happen?????? I paid $32 for a fried rice dish, 2 fresh rolls and 2 cans of pop. The food here is really over priced compared to my usual go-to pho places & the quality is not better. I recommend going elsewhere, I should’ve read the reviews before spending my money with them.
Food is good. But the staff/lady cashier is so rude, she doesn't let us decide to choose our own table, this staff ignored us the whole time and did not even bother to take our orders and had to come up to her to get her attention. She is so terrible. Please get another staff who is friendly and approachable.Pho Mi Asia Wilson.
Ordered their steamed broken rice with grilled chicken, steamed crab meat in egg and fried eggThe chicken was obviously grilled (badly) earlier in the day and just reheated again. It was burned with the edges in black charcoal, and the meat was dry and tough throughout. Horrible.How can they serve this trash to the public?
Overpriced and make sure you check the change you get back. Unhappy with the food, prices are unproportional to the quality and amount of food.
I've been coming here on occassion for a few years now. Foods pretty good, classic pho flavors. Prices have gone up since the pandemic
Rude and forcing the customer to give tip!
The lady who serves us is very poor and rude in rendering service. She gave our ordered food without utensils and plates to use. When i ask she gave us only 1. 1 spoon and small saucer, i ask again and she did not come back. She oblige us to give her Tip. When i refuse and told her that we are unhappy with the service she pushed back the small tray on the table. I strongly refuse and told her if you are nice to your fellow asian , i could have give you $50 tip, I’m a generous person, we went out and she run after us and ask for tip again. With her kind of character i believe she’s picking on her kind(asian people) sizing asians. May she realize that she is asian too and may she thinks that this is just a small world when the time comes and she needs help and know her rudeness , nobody will help her. In totality BAD service!
Both ladies who served us were so rude!!! This place should hire better servers
The food is good and reasonable price unfortunately the staff are not friendly and when you asked extra bowl or drink they didn’t answer or acknowledged. You are wondering whether they heard you or not. At least they should response when you talked to them. Apart from the staff not friendly the food is good compared to the rest of Pho in the neighborhood.
The food is really bad. I might as well starve to death. I would not recommend anyone to eat here. Please think twice before ordering from this restaurant. The food tastes & smells awful. Any other Pho place in Toronto would suffice. If i could best define this restaurants food id say its TRASH.
