We tried this paramount for iftar during ramadan. The customer service was exceptional! our server was Ajay and he was very courteous and kind! (give him a raise please) He brought us dates when he found out we were fasting. Our food came on time and in good quality and quantity both. the place was very neat and clean.

Was up in North York for Working at Heights training, this was a meal option that was close by, that I am familiar with. - told the server I was rushed and had 20min - ordered, then went to wash hands and my dishes were on the tabl waiting - Ajay and his server coworker were quick and efficient team, checking in and offering me water - kitchen delivered hot tasty food as ordered Ate two chicken shawarma wraps with added tahini and hot sauce. Delicious, thanks Paramount North York! And thanks Ajay!
After while we though we give a try to paramount again. This time it was disappointment. Restaurant was way to cold we had our jackets on through out eating.Food was very much under seasoned and to top it off it was cold and it didn’t feel fresh. Hummus was flavour less it taste more like bought from a grocery store. Only fresh bread were good. Their service was good and only reason for 2 stars but overall food needs improvement. There are other restaurants with similar food and price point that are doing better.Instagram Tneats

The location of the restaurant is really accessible. If you have to grocery or chore and then eating your food, its a right place. Quality is good. There is a playground for children inside. The only issue that I have with all Paramount branches, is they serve appetizer and food together, that's not a good choice. it would be great if they can try to manage it.
Chicken wasn't fresh. I really like Paramount but I went to this location for first time. May be last.Lentil soup was good. But chicken in yallah special and chicken saj was not at all freshGarlic dip is amazing as always.
Everytime I visit this location they mess up my orders. Last time the meat was not fresh and as middle eastern you can tell when the shawarma not fresh. This time we were the only table at still didn’t get the order right. They didn’t apologize and when they try to fix it we were already done out food. I don’t understand how you can mess up the order of the only table. The manager should spend more time training his employees. Also, instead of asking your manager calling me and fighting with me for writing this review, you should work on it and be more professional!!!!! Worst customer service …..
Food are fresh and testy. As a extended family gathering we had people of all ages, and everyone loved the food they ordered. Staffs are hospitable and professional. Washroom is very clean as well.This is the only restaurant in Canada where I have seen a dedicated place (room) for muslim prayer.
