Had a relatively terrible experience here from the second we walked in with my coworker. The girl seemed annoyed by our presence. It was so loud and she was whispering so ordering was quite difficult. My coworker was given a hard time because he ordered the rocks and wanted garlic sauce on the rice which was shown on the picture ( apparently only promotional picture , even though the osmows around the corner gives you garlic/hot without a bother). Safe to say I'll be sticking with Ozmows on pond road from here on out . Also , the girl left a review on here as a customer which is real unprofessional imo

The food is what you expect at any Osmows, but kinda disappointed that this branch does not use the Gyros grill.I went in two days ago, and the music being played gave me a headache. Probably a place only suitable for take-out.
Wouldn’t recommend in comparison to the Bill Bishop Way Osmows location. Wrap was ok, but lamb on the stix came with significantly underdone fries and about 3/4 volume of food compared to the other location. Would not recommend over other locations.(Edit: Promised to train staff on portions, and credited me with a free item, 3 -> 4 stars.)
This is the best location in town the co workers are amazing and kindly met our needs a worker by the name of dimple was very generous to my sister and I and she did everything she could to have us leaving happy thank you to the workers for the fresh amazing food and kind service we will definitely be going back again.
The food here is amazing!!! They have very fast service and very good customer service. My sister and I have tried almost all the Osmosis in the area and our favourite one has to be this location. If your thinking of eating here you definitely should there food is fresh and delicious. The worker by the name of Dimple has left us very satisfied and happy:)
The manager was so nice, I ordered a junior shawarma and i told him. I dont like no veggies, so i asked him if i could fries on inside instead. He didn’t even hesitate to say yes. And even asking how my day was. Those small gesture and communication towards customer are very satisfying on our side indeed. we need that as a daily basis whenever we go to a restaurant. Definitely recommend this place and the manager who manages during that time. Hes very good manager. Definitely coming back. 5 thumbs up and 5 star. Well deserved!
Kartik shows great communication skills and goes an extra mile for a customer. His customer service is way beyond what I have experienced. I can call my self a regular customer to this location due to Kartiks ability to understand needs of the customer. I give this place a 5 star rating! Staff was super welcoming and kind. Dimple took and prepare my order. Half n Half Chicken was so delicious. One must visit this restaurant.
Wonderful service whenever I visit this location. The Supervisor Anmol is always a pleasure when handling my meals which truly translates to the preparation and my experience of enjoying my food. The Food is always freshly prepared for my vegan partner and I we especially enjoy falafel on the rocks and beyond meat wrap.Thank you guys! Keep up the great work.
