It was my first time at this location dining with my fiancee. I ordered the combo which included a chicken wrap, shawarma plate and caesar salad. We asked for a bit of spice, but didn't realize that the plate was going to be drenched in horrible, bitter tasting, poor quality hot sauce. This resulted in a red soupy looking mess which drowned out all other flavors. Same experience with the wrap. We had the plate redone fortunately but the plate was mediocre at best with skimpy chicken portions and irregular pieces. The Caesar salad was poorly prepared with large chunks of cheap iceberg lettuce pieces. It's obvious that this location has poor quality food, and preparation methods. As a law student, I would recommend that the franchise owners don't ignore negative reviews. If someone is injured from your food due to negligent preparation methods a potential law suit and bad press is likely in your future. I would recommend all others consider, more consistently better shawarma options out there.
This is the worse take out experience I have ever had! The order came over 1.5 hours later and the shawarma wasn't even in a wax wrapping paper or nothing just sitting in the bag frozen! They didn't send the pop we paid for or the extra sauces either. This is very unsanitary and will NEVER order from this location again. People be warned!
My food came unwrapped, loose and crushed in the bag. I paid 30$ for trash. No napkins and careless preparation. Straight in the trash.
Great place to be at all time. First of all it’s one of the most busiest location I have been to. The way staff works here especially Aman & Sky it’s really fantastic. Accuracy, Speed of service, quality of food really loved it. Guys do visit this location for the speedy service.
The food here is very tasty and the way the satff deals with the customers is exceptional as while in the store I see a lot of customers leaving happily with the food and the customer service of the employees,and I am one of those customers.Would definitely recommend people to go here.
Ordered dinner last night. It’s really too bad, I really love Osmow’s but this is the THIRD time I’ve ordered from this location and it’s made me sick. Really sick the entire next day to the point I couldn’t go to work.I’m not sure if they aren’t storing their meat properly or aren’t taking other hygienic precautions but done taking the risk and ordering from this location again.
ordered through doordash and just got plain chicken and rice with no sauce at all, who eats chicken on the rocks with no sauce, ill never order from here again ?

Its was horrible experience ever to this osmos location. I love there beyond meat instead of adding extra garlic sauce she did not even add standard garlic sauce. The lady simran above the counter was very rude. I spend more than $40 dollars. Its like i am spending my money for raw chilli powder. I love there scorching hot sauce it will give good flavour with garlic sauce only however, there is no garlic sauce in my beyond meat as well as just chicken.
The worst osmows ever. I ordered a shawarma wrap and there was no stuffing in the wrap only pita! And the chicken had bones, this is ridiculous and disgusting. I am so disappointed. Don’t waste your time with this location. I was nauseas after an hour of eating this. I have been eating at osmows for a long time and I absolutely love their food, when I spoke to the guy there tonight he just looked at me and said nothing. Pathetic.
