All other osmows store offer student special but I came here to buy so they denied to provide that . Even I bought student special last night through osmows bathrust & st Clair. Store cannot made their own policy. If they running a franchise .
Good service, the stuff were really helpful and answered all the questions that I asked them. They were very polite and geniunly interested to help. They accommodated my order based on dietary restrictions, worked fast and overall created a great customer experience. No complaints.
I am extremely disappointed at the customer service and the quality of the food at this location. I waited at least 10 minutes for my order and it was the wrong order. I talked to them about it and at first they were nice and said they could change it but when asked, they said I had to wait an additional 5-7 minutes to go through the system again. There were at least 4 other people in the store. I told them my concern of the long wait so they fixed it and gave my order quicker. Throughout, the whole time we were waiting, the lady at the counter was constantly glaring at us rudely. We later found out that they got our order completely wrong because we ordered the student deal but they gave us the regular priced items (they didn't give us a receipt so we didn't find out until way later). When I started eating, I was even more disappointed. I am a frequent customer at other locations and always have positive reviews for the same order but for this location the food quality was extremely low. The fries were extremely dry and hard. It also looked like they were old fries that were over fried (very brown). On the same order, my friends box of fries were also over fried but the most disgusting thing was we found a small piece of hair that looked like either facial hair or pubic like hair. We were extremely disappointed at this locations food and will not be returning or recommending it to anyone. We have concerns for the customer service and the food hygiene.
Second visit in a week to this location and quite dissapointed.First visit i made it into the store at 9:30 only to be told they are closed.Second visit i made it into the store at 9:30 only to be told that no wraps are available, all the while i am looking at multiple bags of pita bread on the counter. When i pointed out the abundance of bread i was told that they are not selling wraps because they are closed... Total jokers at this location..... don't waste your time
What. A. Dump. Seriously, eat anywhere other than this place. Could have just skipped a step and fed me vomit directly. I LOVE schwarma but this is just gross. Might as well be serving rat meat. So gross. Avoid like the plague or risk losing a night puking and a foot of your lower intestine.
I love shawarma. But unfortunately will not be a returning customer. Shawarma was served from hot table containers and was not tasty. Not sure how long it was there. Chicken kebab is a joke. We couldn’t even eat it, was so bad. And it’s not even a kebab. Just pieces of chicken covered with grey unpleasant looking sauce.
The location is convenient with fast service.Ordered 2 plates from hereHave to many Osmows over the GTA, but for some reason the chicken did not taste like chicken. More like a gyro and rubber chicken mixed together.
Love coming here. The food is great and the customer service is exceptional. The staff are also friendly and the place is always clean.
I got take out last night, rushing to eat before work (salad and chicken shawarma sandwich). It tasted odd... shortly after,, I called the location to tell them, something was off with the ingredients. I wasn't sure of it was the onions, turnips etc. something was left out too long perhaps... and today I am sick as a dog.
They keep the washroom closed for customers. They disrespect their customers. If a restaurant has dinein the washroom must to be open. Or the restaurant has to be closed. There is no connection to COVID. They just don't want to clean it.
