Drinks are tasty! Not too fast at making it in the evenings but probably depends on the type of drink. Taro mochi drink is really tasty :)
So I can honestly say I used to love this place.Last 3 times I have come here , I have been disappointed, the past 2 times they were out of All tapioca (not close to closing time). This time I ordered the caramel milk tea...and there was no caramel in it at all, it just tasted like unsweetened milk tea.The only saving grace was that there was a tapioca selection this time around.
Soft and chewy house-made tapioca in a rich brown sugar milk tea is a craving that is always satisfied at OneZo. ☺️ I like that they offer both regular milk and soy milk too!
Great place! Very clean. Very enthusiastic and happy staff. Fresh ingredients used in the beverages. What more can you ask for? 11/10! Highly recommend this place.
Ordered the monthly special Spring Milk tea within the OneZo app on October 18. It claims that the drink comes with Coconut Jelly but it did not. Pretty disappointed.
First time bought the Strawberry Mochi drink which is so good, beyond my expectation. It's not too sweet and with the mochi flavour for sure will go back to purchase this drink again.
Best boba in all of Toronto!I took a visit to OneZo during my break and ordered the Merona Milk Tea with OneZo tapioca. The drink was very nice, which is what I’d expect in a boba drink.The tapioca was fantastic! They make the tapioca pearls themselves in store with lots of variety to choose from.I would highly recommend OneZo to anyone who’s a boba enthusiast like myself or just wants a nice drink.OneZo is my favourite boba shop and definitely deserves a solid 5 stars from me.
Haven’t had OneZo for a long time. Have a try today at the North York location. Totally a mistake ☹️ First the drink doesn’t look like the one from the photo. Second it tastes like one of those cheap powder milk tea. Definitely not worth the price. Not gonna come back.

I ordered the mango green tea with tapioca and coconut jelly. The tapioca here is amazing, some of the softest I’ve had. Even though it’s super soft it still gives amazing texture bf chewiness. The taste itself was a bit sweet, would recommend the 25% sugar (which is also recommended by the store)
