This is my favourite bubble tea in Toronto! Prices are cheaper than other shops & it’s the only bubble tea near Jane & finch. Their menu is huge, they have something for everybody here :) my favourite are the smoothies they are blended so creamy. The staff is also very friendly & always willing to help.
They have so many kinds of drinks, so every time I go to their shop, I will choose different drink. And they have great smoothies and slushes, plus they got a lot of fresh fruits!! PS: Love the coconut smoothie the best!!!I loved going to their store before COVID-19 because the environment was good; And they don't keep guests waiting long. Of course, I have seen some comments said that they are waiting for a long time to get their drink, well, I think it is not because they are not doing things, but because they are busy, so I understand that and it is normal to wait a little while when they are busy. Anyway, just wanna say this is a good bubble tea place to go! Strongly recommend! :)
Noon Moment is only beverages cafe, in North York. The staffs are good services, to fastly prepare beverages bottles, to give beverages bag to people. Good iced milk tea, great iced slush, and real fruit. (2020-07).
Needs better pics on their ad. There's no tapioca in the drinks on the ads

0 STARS!!! Rude staffs. The girls there are very rude, talking trash about the customer in their language; very poor customer services. Was great when it first opened. The owner or manger was very nice and drinks was great. I haven't gone there recently because of lockdown. Decided to try it again, I don't know if they cheaped out with their ingredients or if the girls didn't know how to make drinks. Even a customized drink saying no sugar should clearing mean NO sugar not add 60% of it or whatever. I don't think they even know what drink they were making. Would not go there again and definitely would not recommend!
Poor customer service; the staffs were rude. The quality of the bubble tea was not good, I ask for low sugar and it still taste super sweet. Overall would not order here again and would not recommend.
Not many to choose from in the area but definitely is the best one hands down. Both their fruit and milk teas are really good, can’t really go wrong with your choice.
We got the Taro tea, it was alright! The place is quite a big size, now with covid restrictions lifted, i can see it to be extremely busy!The girls working were pretty nice, could be a bit more nicer, but manageable for now. Hopefully they are more polite next time.The tea was great! It was not super expensive, very reasonable in comparison many places.
The staff was very nice. We took 2 green tea which was really great. The only thing instead of less sugar what we asked for we got sweet tea ?
