Decided to stop in for a late lunch. I love both Korean and Japanese food so this place was definitely on my radar. The menu consists of everything you would want from both cultures, so of course I ordered it all. The bimimbap was good but it was missing something. Sushi was great and it paired well with a pot of sake. Definitely want to come back and try a few more things. I'd recommend going if you're looking for a lot of variety. Seating is good too for a small group or more.

Feature: both Korean and Japanese food, and quite amount of choices and variety.Service: good and friendlyFood: nice but kind of expensiveQuality: average, not the best but not bad

It’s probably one of the hidden gems in Sheppard-Yonge area! It’s located pretty much right next to subway station and each dining table is seperate with dividers which made me feel very private. All the staff were so friendly, food was very authentic and delicious. I think price was fair. I and my two other friends had one SoonDaeGuk each, one Kimchi pancake and one bottle of Chungha Sake. It cost us around $38 each.

Always amazing. The food, the selection, the service, the atmosphere, all 100% on point.I know if I'm here I'm not going to be disappointed.

I've ordered sushi here a bunch of times and when it's good, it's GOOD and you enjoy eating it...but when it's bad, it is BAD and you really regret buying it. The lack of consistency really adds to an overall negative customer experience since you can't rely on your sushi being good all the time. Because of this, I prefer going to other sushi places nearby which have consistently great tasting sushi and I don't have to worry about what sort of sushi I'll be receiving. If I were you, I'd give Nolbu a try but I wouldn't recommend going there frequently.

Ordered spring rolls, bulgogi, and yam rolls.Portions are pretty small for the quality and quantity of food. I paid $25+tax on the bulgogi, with a comparable restaurant in the area I'd have expected to pay closer to $16+tax instead.Wouldn't recommend it.

This is the best place to eat sushi in Toronto. We never get tired of their sushies and their special tea. Their customer service is amazing. If I could I would rate them more than 5 stars. Everything about this sushi place is amazing. Their miso soup is perfect. I have not tried the other foods in the menu but i highly recommend the snow sushi. And Roll set 20 pcs.

Definitely not my taste, soup was so salty that my tounge had numb sensation afterward, and I feel really thirsty. The rice came with the soup was dry and not a good quality rice. The jokbal was dry and too sweet, like they marinated it with too much sugar. It comes with nothing, no rice, no veggies, no banchan. I got only some green chillies, and some garlic.

Had a great experience. Food tasted pretty good and was decently priced, especially when you consider how nice the dine-in is and the fact It isn't a takeout spot primarily. Staff were extremely cordial and made the stay enjoyable. Plus I'm not really asian, but they gave me tips on how to enjoy/prep the meals the way they are supposed to be eaten. I appreciate that a lot. Will go again, thanks :)

We love this place. They do great delivery too. Sushi is better than most places. We came with our 2-year old son and they were very sweet with him. Seems like a a family run business. They have cute little booths and it’s overall a great atmosphere (romantic/quiet). Great mix of people and lots of space. Food is good. They have a great miso soup, green tea, and standard rolls! Their atomic roll is pretty hot/spicy if you want to try something new!
