My husband ordered us food and asked for a “blt with cheese, green and black olives, red onions, mayo grilled” when I got my sub it had bacon, green and black olives, red onions and mayo and was grilled. I called to speak to the person who made it and asked why there wasn’t any lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. The person (Arthur) responded that my husband did not request to have lettuce, tomato and cheese in the sub. I told him he asked for a BLT which stands for bacon lettuce tomato so why would I have to indicate I wanted lettuce and tomato. He told me he was too busy and to call the owner after 3pm on Monday. This is Saturday night. When I said just make me a new one and I’ll come get it he continued to blame it on the way my husband ordered it and said he couldn’t do anything about it. He had nothing to say back when I asked him if I called to order a meatball sub would I need to indicate I want meatballs in it? I have a picture to prove that he wrote BLT on the bag and did not provide me with the correct sub….and blamed us, the customer instead of taking responsibility for his error. The customer service is atrocious. I have been ordering the same sub for years and this is the first time I have experienced someone who doesn’t know what “blt” stands for and at the same time so completely rude about the situation. He actually should have taken my info down and got the “boss” to call me instead of totally upsetting me and making me wait 2 days to speak to someone to resolve the problem. Totally irresponsible and inexperienced.
