This place has gone down hill I ordered 3 meals and I asked for a few mayonnaise they said 25 cents what a joke discussed with this place last time I go to that ratt bag place f.. the big Mac whopper from now on....for life discussed discussed discussed.........
I have been to this McDonald’s a few times & disregarded the service because everyone has bad days.Today, while paying, the cashier was soooo rude. Not only to me but those speaking in the microphone. She literally screamed “HELLO YES, what do you want?”…. Her tonality and attitude was not welcoming and quiet off putting…When we get to the second window, the girl literally shoved the food in my hands and walked away… no straw, no napkins, no sauce (THAT YOU DEMAND WE PAY FOR) and my chicken wrap was falling out of the wrap in the bag….…. I’m usually not someone to complain or expect much from a franchise BUT this is unacceptable.Your company makes MILLIONS of dollars! the least you could do is provide people with proper customer service.
Not sure what's going on here lately with the management, but for an entire week they haven't had cup supplies for iced drinks. When all the McDonalds around them have no cup issues, you start to wonder why they're having such a problem here.
This restaurant has a brain of evils ? and usery. They don't have any empathy and fairness. The people that work in the restaurant are minors but they are just as lion's as a real one. (STUPID)
This location was pretty good. The staff were friendly, though things seemed a little chaotic behind the counter. We got a Big Mac and a hamburger with extra toppings. The Big Mac was poorly put together. The wheelchair parking was on a completely different side of the building than the main entrance, which defeats the whole purpose of wheelchair parking!
I went to Jane/Falstaff location's drive thru earlier tonight (around midnight) after dropping off a friend to their house. The line was long (which was understandable because it was so hot and humid outside). I ordered a vanilla cone in a cup with a side of peanuts, a McDouble meal and an Oreo McFlurry. I was told that they ran out of peanuts. I also was told they do not combine drinks when I requested for half sprite and half fruitopia, which I found ridiculous because other locations happily do it for me. Before I proceeded to pay, I had asked the staff member to confirm my order, he had put French fries twice. So I corrected him and said I only wanted 1, which the combo came with. When I got to the first window to pay, he did not remove the 2nd French Fries. I politely asked the cashier to remove it. She was polite and apologized. When I got to the pick up window, the staff member handed me my vanilla cone without the cup. I politely asked her, "May I please get a cup for this?" She loudly groaned and walked away. When she returned, I asked her if there was something wrong with my request. She VERY RUDELY and DISRESPECTFULLY answered with, "ya ya ya bye! BYE!!! (the 2nd bye was a lot louder, sounded more agitated and frustrated). She did not even answer my question. She handed my food and the tray of drink and ice cream carelessly and just walked out. This person was so rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. I understand things get overwhelming, work gets busy and we all have personal staff we're dealing with. However, that does not give you any right/permission to serve customers in such poor, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional way. If you're having a bad day, please stay home. Don't let your frustration/anger/bad mood affect how you treat others.
Had a great experience there when I was waiting for my order, two employees named Jason and Andrew helped me out when needed! These two gentlemen define what great service is, and I appreciate them greatly!
If I could give no star i will. One of the worse McDonald's ever. Especially if you are doing Door dash or uber. You will be waiting there all night and they won't attend to you.
I've been to this McDonald's twice. It's a nice eatery. The only downside is the stools. You cannot hang your coat on the back of the stool. It's just a pain to keep your coat on. Service is great though.
I've been to this location several times, if I'm asking just for myself no problem, but it seems that every time I make a large request there's always something missing! I already experienced getting home and missing, fries, or my straw for the smoothie and so on but today it just made me really mad. I order 7 meals through the app, 3 of them were Happy Meals. I got there and they come to my car with my order, 2 large bags and the tray with drinks. I counted 7 drinks, and I asked the girl, is there's 7 meals in the bags? She said yes it is! Guess what, I get home and one happy meal is missing, I drive all the way back, I get in the restaurant and explained that I was missing one happy meal, they give me a happy meal, I get home and there was no toy. Like.... seriously?!!!I had to go back to correct their mistake, and even then they dont give a toy or any kind of coupon or anything at all. One kid was missing their meal at first and then was the only one without a toys! I was so upset with this situation. Do not ever leave the restaurant without checking your order even if you are at the drive-thru. Make sure to save a drive back or someone missing their lunch.
