This is the worst of the worst location. Way too busy for their own good. Drivethru is always backed up, inside of the store is a disaster. All frozen products have been out of stock for weeks (ice cream). Last order I received, they actually forgot my burger!!
I am a consumer and delivery person. I often shop at this restaurant, and the process of picking up meals is normal, and I haven't experienced those bad reviews on Google reviews. But today, I went to pick up food as a delivery guy and their staff was rude. When I walked to the door of the store, an employee told me that the store was closed and asked me to drive to the drive-thru. When I got on the drive-thru, they told me to go to the other door to pick up my order. I told them that I've been in the drive-thru for a long time because of one of your employees, don't waste our time with each other and give me the food directly from the window. They didn't give it and insisted that I go to the other side door to pick it up, and told me if I want to wait, just wait, they just don't give it to me. Then I raised the car's window and fought them to the end. After ten minutes, they yelled at me, you've blocked the driveway and you have to leave. I was like "Are you serious?" In the end, they still gave me the food through the window. I wonder why they don't know how to work around it? Why should I bear the fault of their employees?I'll add that I don't lack the money for delivery, and I also have a restaurant if my staffs are so rude they'll just get fired. I came to deliver this order to McDonald's at night purely because I'm going to fitness4less, and I turned on the dasher to see if there was any order along the way.
The laziest McDonald's employees I have seen on this location on night shift. They just want you to leave asap. You can tell that they don't want to be working there
Training new employees is always difficult, where speed and accuracy are concerned.While my order was slower than normal, the accuracy, how my order was prepared, and the customer service was remarkable. Well done folks. Enjoyed my sandwich, and the COFFEE? It was perfect.Great start to my day. ???
Drive through staff can't get orders right. Always check what they give you because 9 times out of 10 something is missing. And they never give you a receipt so they can avoid having to own their mistakes.Thanks for taking my money and not giving me what I order consistently, I'm loving it.
Never open ‘24 hours’. The amount of times I drive there for an overnight shift for a coffee run or breakfast for my staff…forget it. Drive-thru always blocked off. 4am today no one was there. It’s okay I drove up the street 10 mins to a better one and they had a full menu and no difficult confusion at the drive-thru. Working in fast food before I don’t know how corporate office accepts this. They should change the hours if staffing is an issue.
I spent over 60 dollars on food for my family and tried to get a refill on 1 cup of soda and they shut off the self serve machine. That's understandable due to covid even tho all restrictions have been removed. So I asked them at the counter if I could please have a refill they said we don't give refills. I said all mcdonalds do refill then they used the excuse of due to rhe pandemic we no longer offer refills. Then that's fine you fill it up for me they said no. I've taken my kids to mutiple mcdonalds locations and never once has any Mcdonalds ever refused a refill. The employees here are rude and no help whatsoever.
I went two day's back to back for icecream to my kid, unfortunately they said no icecream for today. If they dont serve icecream please let the customers know before entering the drive through and wasting their times.
A staple in this area. The location is cramped and always people are there hanging out.In the morning it's the old people who drink their coffee or tea with a muffin. Usually talking loudly about the glory days of their youth and experiences. By afternoon it's the younger crowd who get off from the middle school and high-school that is around the corner.Always a busy place and the tables don't get cleaned as often as they should for such a small, cramped popular place as this in one of the most condensed neighborhoods in Canada.
Placed my order for a Big Mac, waited at the first window 5 mins and ended up with a junior chicken. Extremely slow and full of mistakes. It's been the same for my last 3 visits
