Embarassing. Simply put. Never seen a business refuse business based off my safety when there was nothing to be safe about cause I was on my scooter trying to grab a bite. Will be reporting to corporate.
My wife and I had visited this location for the first time. We Placed our order through the the kiosk machine, expecting the process to go smoothly. They prepared the meal quickly and forgot one of the sandwiches. Even after showing them my receipt and my untouched food tray they keep repeating that I only ordered one sandwich, of which I kept pointing to the receipt where it said 2. They made me wait for five minutes to prepare a new one and asked me to take a seat. They said they will call me when it’s ready. After 7 minute, with no sandwich or call in sight, I approached them again to which they replied that I should have come up earlier and inform them as it was already ready from before, while my meal was being prepared. Sandwich was cold and rubbery. Absolutely horrible staff. There is no communication between them. The manager on duty just stares through you without a care in the world. They have no courtesy The only person who had some customer experience is the seasonal hire at the front register.
Fast, accurate and warm. One of the best drive-thrus in Toronto. Very reliable. Been using it over 10 years never disappoints. Fries are always cooked fresh and cripsy and burgers are not messy like other places?
The restaurant don't have wifi available for the customers to use during dinning in. We are in canada they have to know that.It's worse as the owner don't care like other macdonalds wifi available any time.
I don't know who promoted those two black managers, but they should be fired. What kind of establishment has managers who let their staff stand around and do nothing? So unprofessional! Also, why is the restaurant always so filthy looking? Are they that lazy to clean as you go.....
This restuarant does not take cleanliness and saniton seriously. There is mold in many of their equipment that they are aware of, but choose to ignore and laugh off because apparently cleaning in not important to them. Particularly in the soda fountain machines and juice machine, which is in direct contain with all the drink beverages. Picture your favorite drinks like Coke, Sprite, Apple juice etc, flowing through tubes that are un cleaned with thick black mold, slime and bacteria. Yeah that's what you all are drinking. It's absolutely disgusting and disgraceful to not prioritize the health and safety of your customers. Serving guests with a friendly smile, and telling them to have a great day, while fully acknowledging that they are consuming contaminated drinks is just absolutely cruel and shameful.
Had some issues with the mobile order, so went inside with the error code. Not to mention long waits, the lady who served me couldn't bring back my order by using the code. Then she asked me to reorder and pay for the food without canceling my original order. I ended up paying for 2 orders and getting 1 order of food. Shame on you, Macdonald's.
Has a very nice dine in area. Need some minor fixes but in general is ok. Food like any other. The best chicken sandwich it's the cheapest one
Lynneth is the best! She’s been making my day since I was in middle school and I’m 27 years old now. I love pulling up to the drive through and seeing her friendly face.
First time to order in this store thru Uber eats but gave me bad experience. I pay for 2 burgers but only gave me 1. It's not acceptable even saying sorry. Customer is paying properly but didn't deliver what is asking. I am very disappointed with staff whoever responsible taking my orders.
