Ordered food from this location today, missing sauces and ketchup. Why must I look to ensure these simple items are present. For the price you charge, you need to do better McDonald's.
Burgers and chicken burgers are consistently prepared in a sloppy fashion. Also, I have had three visits where the person ordering a QP has seen minimal ketchup and mustard and one little pickle. Too consistent to be an accident. York mills and Lawrence doesn't even give you a receipt to complain as it has the store number on it. Maybe management is okay with this.
Excellent service! I placed my order and before you know it, it was ready! The coffee was hot and perfect temperature! The breakfast was made to order exactly to my requests! The food was very neatly packed, (also hot and perfect temperature) and the staff were super friendly! I’m really happy with the service of this location! Keep up the great work, I will definitely be back to this location!
When will this McDonalds get any of my orders right?! I always give them the benefit of the doubt but its always the same, my orders are always wrong and the service is just low class. Please train your staff to listen to the customers carefully and not rush when taking orders, I repeated my order a few times and yet got something different from what I ordered, also when they did fixed my order they gave me a really bad looking piece of lettuce and had a very bad attitude, I thought it was just me but after seeing more reviews its like they just do what they want, 10 years coming to this location and no improvements.
Drived thru at 2 am today. The staff purposely removed french fries from my order, it was on the screen before payment. Have no respect to any of the costumers, closes the windows on you, and their manager supports such behavior. At this location, the staff does not follow McDonald's policies.
For some odd reasons that they always burn the buns on the McMuffins, we tried not to come this location for breakfast even though it’s closer to our home. And whenever we do come here, we wish that we don’t get cancer from the food.
Everytime I go to this location I play the McDonald's lottery. Will my order be correct? Are there any napkins or ketchup?Is it April fool's every day of the year?The burgers are getting smaller, the price is rising and the staff doesn't give a flying ****.Enjoy!
Though the Pancakes were delicious BUT the service providers were thoughtless.. no customer value and services provided was as if they doing you a favour..Management is advised to educate the front desk staff who directly interact with Customers.Had to wait for my ORDER for much longer than normal. Was constantly watching the screen for my ORDER pick up number. Only to find out the screen was not being operational.Screen READ " Pickup your Order from here ".. my number NEVER showed up till i went to ask and the lady tells me that she was announcing my order number instead on the visual screen. Before i could say anything she walked away rudely. Sad that at McDonald's one has to experience such..
It’s okay. The overall experience wasn’t overwhelming.. like it should be. The Manager acted over powering on the customers. Was there for a while and watching the ambience & customer happiness. No greetings, neither the Staffs including managers nor the customers looked happy seeing each other. It was a tensed environment!
Ordered a peppermint hot chocolate. Needless to say, that is not what I received. It was only warm milk in the cup. No chocolate, definitely not peppermint, and obviously without whipped cream which is what was specified in the app. The cup was sticky and milk spilled all over the outside of the cup. I don't want to give bad reviews but this is the second time I visited this location and on the first visit a couple of years ago I witnessed an employee not put a lid on a cup of coffee properly and then (it appeared accidentally, but still) knock the cup off the counter all over a customer and then this location tried to charge that customer for a replacement coffee. They relented when multiple customers who witnessed the incident complained.
