I walked inside to avoid the wait @ the drive-thru. The service I received was just so kind and helpful that I feel it was worth mentioning.
Drive thru experienceGrowing up in Toronto, McDonald’s was always a special treat to have and in my teen years it was a place with good memories and a place to hang out!I have to say…..This has to be the best McDonald’s I have been to in Toronto. I have visited many, this is the one location that has been extremely consistent with excellent customer service and quality of items offered here.
Went on a Sunday early afternoon. The place was so packed the drive thru wrapped around the building. I went into the chaos that was the dining room to order. Waited 30 minutes from the time i placed the order to receive it on top of the 14 minutes I waited to even place the order. There were only 7 employees there trying to juggle this zoo and most people were storming back to the counter because their orders were incorrect or incomplete. The overall experience had me feeling quite anxious with a packed dining room of angry people yelling and arguing and the overworked harangued staff. Will definitely try a different restaurant next time.
Did delivery using skip the dishes, packaging was good, meal presentation was great and the fries were still hot!Really love the blueberry pomegranate smoothie.Only gave 4 stars because the forgot rhe toys for the happy meal.
McDonald’s gets slower and slower each time. ALWAYS my nuggets are stale. They made my McChicken such a mess, with my sauce not even on my chicken. The fries were loaded with salt. and also paid extra for some bacon and didn’t receive none. By the time I found out I was already home. Such a waste
I know I’m not buying food from fine dining and my expectations should be lower but NONE of my request is fulfilled- request apple juice : get ice tea- buy happy meal - no toys or books inside and they don’t even notify it, crying toddlers all the way home- ask for harbanero sauce: get sweet and sour- fries came coldNever experienced so horrible McDonald’s and line was about 15 mins - oh boy
Line up at drive through. Service is good. Very convenient location. Right a 401 weston rd exit. Walking distance to many different shops in the area. Restaurants and big box stores. Lots of parking. Very busy always.
Good food a bit inconvenient that cash was the only thing that was being accepted but I understand technical difficulties it just made the wait a bit longer but the employees were very nice and handled every customer like it was the first one of the day which was awesome to see.
I've never seen a mcdonalds as filthy as this one. Was driv9ng back home and stopped there to have a quick bite and all the tables were dirty. The bathrooms were abnoxious.
This location has been here as long as I can remember, they even used to have the ARCHES. I usually avoid this location because they're always very busy (right off the 401 exit) but I had a nice experience yesterday. I walked inside to avoid the wait @ the drive-thru.
