This McTurtle, I mean Mc donalds is very unorganized in serving customers. That is why some people are waiting for a long time for their food to be served or handed out. In it is a McTurtle indeed..Also lovin (not) the all new Burnt McMuffin..
I got BigMac' s for my family, one of them was literally bitten in half. So disgusting, not coming here again. Check your burgers whenever you order here.
A bit stingy with the fries. Time and time again I noticed that thi particular location is not filling their fries to the top lik othr locations do. Otherwise everything else looks good with the food and the service.
If I could give them zero stars I would! I am lactose in tolerant and I asked for NO CHEESE. The lady went and put “extra cheese” with $0.50 charge when we were at the drive through we notice and told her/reminded her NO CHEESE so she changed it on the screen and I thought it was fixed. Then I get home and I see that my sausage n’ egg muffin HAS CHEESE after I told them no cheese. This is the type of sub par work they do! They just added another label over the sandwich! This totally blind sides me as a customer who specifically asked for NO CHEESE. I cannot even eat this breakfast, I wasted my money and time. I don’t have time to drive back and get a new breakfast that they totally messed up on. I tried calling the location and there was no answer! I’m really upset that these workers would do such a thing! They were not taking my dietary concerns seriously which is very dangerous to my heath! McDonald’s I’m very disappointed with this location , the training and staff!
I never write reviews and this is the only time I will be doing it because of my horrible experience. First, I came in to order and was ignored for about 5 minutes. There were almost to no orders on their drive thru screen and yet the lady tells me to give her a moment. She finally comes to take my order, I handed her a coupon for a free big mac and she puts an "ask me" on the item. Not even 30 seconds have passed by and my food is already ready. I had a gut feeling that the food she served me was someone else's cancelled order. I felt it, it was cold however, I did not have the time to go back and let her know how disappointed I am. I couldn't even finish half of the sandwich because my stomach hurt. This is wrong. Whoever that lady was, I hope management re-trains her and revokes her food-handing certificate. I understand that I have a coupon for a free item but this is inhumane and if someone did that to you, I bet you would be upset too. I came on January 31 at around 7:35pm to 7:40. Management please teach your staff to serve their customers with respect and integrity!!!
placed an order on ubereats at night, was almost hangry but didn’t expect the terrible quality. The whole meal was missing, also side menus and the drinks came wrong one. terrible terrible terrible. Don’t know what were the employees thinking, not understandable, wordless. even one star for this store is too much. never gonna order here in my entire life again.
It was a little slow as there was a long drive-thru line and new staff working but generally everyone seemed to be on task. Just wanted to say that one of the managers was very polite and professional when dealing with a customer complaint. That particular customer was being unreasonable and rude in my opinion - the error was an honest mistake made by someone on staff...but this customer insisted on knowing why the error happened. The manager was patient and addressed the issue right away...I think that customer left satisfied but she was quite obnoxious. Everyone just needs to be patient with one another so kudos to the manager who resolved the problem successfully!!!

I very rarely leave one star reviews as I think they tend to be really harsh. I was about to leave a three-star review but there was one thing that really triggered that one star review, I'll get to this in a moment.I stopped t that location coming from Ikea nearby. Access and parking is not super practical as a start. The drive through line outside was at least 15 cars long which is why I went inside the restaurant to order.Inside, things overall felt quite chaotic. 2 employees were having what seemed to be somewhat of a heated conversation with their manager about their break time right at the front counter, which felt out of place. The wait time was abnormally long, and only one person was taking orders with a number of customers waiting. They seem understaffed which is quite common these days due to Covid.So why the one star review: I went to the bathroom to remove my dental appliance; garbage bin was overflowing, some garbage was on the floor along with a spilled coffee cup. Not great as a start One of the employees came and used the urinals, then looked at some of the garbage; not only didn't he do anything about it, he actually didn't even wash his hands and walked straight back into the back of the restaurant. ??On my scale, that deserves a zero but I can only leave it one star. You can be careless or even consider that picking up the garbage is somebody else's job but at least you should maintain a strict minimum level of compliance to cleanliness and hygiene. Incidentally he was the one who handed me my order as I picked it up at the counter after waiting a solid 15 minutes. ?. I won't divulge his name as he could lose his job and I don't wish this to anyone, but seriously... My poutine was good but left a bad taste in my mouth due to the aforementioned incident.I think this restaurant needs some attention and I will certainly not go back there again anytime soon. That's a one-star for me.
I work at a McDonald's downtown and I would expect this location to have better service and environment considering how it is less busy than any restaurants in downtown. I was wrong. The staff all looked dead and they served my mom and I lukewarm coffee when we ordered hot chocolate. The fries were also cold, and my mom even found eggshells in her Sausage Egg McMuffin. Terrible experience, will not go back again.
