Chicken was very good, not too oily, not too salty, but the table is little dirty and no one bother to come out to clean eventhough not too busy

This is the second time we tried MB at this location. Both times class chicken sandwich. The first it was really good. Just the right amount of seasoning and juicy. Today it was dry, but had a weird taste to it. We ordered 3 and all 3 were awful. Plus they ran out of potatoes at 5pm.
Chicken was overwhelmed by taste of salt..really no other flavours... and dry....not what I expect from Mary Browns. Wheres the garlic and sage flavourings that I love? Also taters seemed like they were not fresh and reheated..very disappointing! Cooked in OLD oil for sure. Will rethink if I will bother to try them again.
Don't eat here if you unless have hours to kill. The corporate communications are a joke as well. I was asked to email them and leave my feedback about my bad experience here over a week ago, and now it's just crickets in the night. Waste of everyone's time.
The chicken in their sandwiches is well seasoned, you can taste the black pepper. Some other chicken sandwiches in other chain restaurants don’t really have any flavour in the chicken, so this is a win for Mary browns. They have really good potato wedges as their main fry and I very much enjoyed it. The banana cream dessert is a lot of quantity for the price, however beware it is very artificial tasting. But that’s what you get for the low cost.
No chicken wings, no onion rings. (Even though they were BOTH on the online menu). How disappointing is THAT?!?) Poutine was made with the same deep fried potato wedges that came with my 2pc chicken dinner. Something wrong with that!Counter person (not sure if she was the owner) was no screaming hell either. No smile. Asked me what I said when I was chatting with another customer. Felt like saying "mind your own business".We won't be back.
Very good, fresh and conveniently priced halal items. In top of these, because of their staff behaviour and 15% discount policy, it makes easier for me to go there over and over again
Pretty tasty chicken, good quality too. The texture is closer to kfc's original recipe and not crunchy like other spots (which I prefer) but it was still very good. The tenders and bites do have a crunchy batter though, so is suggest getting those for people who like the crunch!
The woman at the counter seemed a bit hostile, but in her defense the woman in line took so long I had enough time to place my order online through the app, and got my order before the woman in front of me.. On the downside, the app held 50 cents without permission for a week.. KFC taste much much better.
