Originally went to get a box of chichiron as it’s on their store name, but ended up ordering some kare kare too. I don’t have a whole lot experience with Filipino food, but have to say both dishes were excellent for the price . The chichiron was outstanding as expected, it’s crispy even after sitting in the car and at home for 3-4 hours , and it doesn’t have that porky smelly stench I usually associate with pork skin, so I think the preparation was outstanding . The kare kare was outstanding too, could taste the different cuts of meat and tendon I believe is in it, all cooked to very soft. The sauce was excellent too and flavorful, but what made it even better was the side sauce that I think has shrimp paste in it. Those together with rice was an excellent combo . Would drive out of my way just for the chicharon

I love their Chicharon and they have crispy chicken skin too. They also sell filipino food like dinuguan.
You come for the chicharon (delicious!), but give their sisig a try as well, which is meatier than others I’ve tried and probably the best sisig I’ve ever had.
Chicharrons were very tasty, and good value for money. Note that parking is a bit tough, so keep that in mind.
