Encountered disrespectful and discourteous staff while waiting to be seated with my son's. I guess it's difficult finding good help these days. One poor staff ruined what should have been a pleasant family meal.

Pretty convenient location, it is wheelchair accessible, and the servers are pretty cool. It is pretty much as advertised, buffet. New changes are in place, not every location offer buffet every day so I suggest you call ahead for whichever location you’re going to. The food was pretty good too. Sadly, their camera wasn’t working for their iconic birthday photos but it’s quite nice to see the amount of people going to Mandarin for birthdays. By the way, your birthday meal is free as long as you sign up online before your birthday visit and you take three paying adults with you.
I went here for a first communion, we had late lunch at around 1:30pm. The food there was decent for a buffet, but it seemed like there wasn't a lot of employees working on site. At least it seemed so because some food was not always available so I was not able to try everything I wanted to try. There wasn't anyone working at the roast beef section and I wanted to eat sushi but there wasn't many options and it wasn't refilled even after I was about to leave. I remember there were a lot more options, and even crab legs. I think the crab legs might be seasonal or dinner, same for the many other food options as well. Overall the service at the table were really nice and fast, and the food was good! I'd come here again but for dinner hopefully! Because I know there is a lot more from dinner time. So I would definitely recommend going for lunch if you want the best experience. I will change my feedback/ratings to a higher rating accordingly next time, when I am able to go for the dinner time experience.
Had the most beautiful birthday dinner experience with my family tonight. There is sanitizer in the rooms and gloves to get your food from the buffet. Food, deserts, drinks were all great! Friendly staff especially our servers Tina, and a tall, Afro-Canadian young man, whose name I didn't get, were very pleasant. Tina was super funny and young man took the best photos of our large group ??. Birthday person eats for free providing there's 3 paying adults. Our highlight has always been the photo in the magnetic frame, but I think the tiny camera needs upgrading ??. The pic was a little dark tonight. Thanks guys!!! We will be back!
It was our company's gathering of the year...I found that around 2pm some items were not on the plates... for you to help yourself from the buffetSpecially sushi... raw fish and seafood...mussels!Restaurant was busy... and many items did not have a description like dumplings and soups!Waiters and waitress were so busy that I had to wait 15 minutes for a cup of coffee
Everything was really bad. Such a huge deception. Before the pandemic this chain was a good family option.I came here last week and everything tasted sweet.Stop adding sugar to your dishes
This place is looking dirtier every year. The food is OK, but definitely not good enough to justify the price. A crowd of about 20 people squeezed into a lobby waiting to be seated. Gloves provided when entering the buffet, but due to lack of enforcement barely anyone uses them.
