Cole is a very sweet and hard worker.
I was really disappointed with the dairy vanilla cupcakes. There was no butteriness in the icing, and it tasted as if there was no vanilla extract in them either, so the end result was a very sweet, “fake” tasting icing. For a premium price ($4 each), I felt I didn’t receive a premium cupcake, and know my homemade from-scratch cupcakes are much more flavourful.
I just had the most wonderful experience here. I ordered some gender reveal cupcakes for my husband (who couldn't be at the ultrasound because of Covid). Barbara was not only extremely kind and helpful on the phone but she was able to accommodate my order next day. The process was so easy I was able to just enjoy this special moment. My discerning husband also thought the cupcakes tasted fantastic. I couldn't get over how gorgeous they looked. Barbara, you are the best and I cannot wait to order from Lollicakes again.

I have purchased many birthday cakes and custom made cupcakes over the past few years and most recently do-it-yourself donuts for a friends bridal shower. My wife went to get a gender reveal cake for just my wife and I to do privately in our home. She asked Loli cake for something small and simple with something easy like a little food coloring added to the cake batter to indicate gender. They gave her a 6" cake. They said they would take care of it and never disclosed the price. They ended up charging her 80 dollars. We only found out after we checked the visa statement. I feel like that is a very expensive cake and thats the sort of price you would tell someoneabout before hand. A little bit of communication would have gone a long way.Also the cake was good, full of little Rock candies colored pink (its a girl) in the center. The sponge was a little dry but overall a good cake. On a positive note it looked wonderful, very well decorated.
When you enter lollicakes you are taken a back by the decor. s it could be an expensive jewellery store. the store is clutered with nik naks. which you have struggle through. I am coming to buy a cake not going through a dollar store. the customer service person was rude. After 5 mins I had enough and walked out.
I went to Lollicakes yesterday to grab some cupcakes for the first time, I was blown away by their amazing customer service and their unique design of cupcakes ! Thank you ladies for the upmost quality! I will definitely be back!
