The quality of the pho soup has come down exponentially since last year. I noticed that the broth is just plain [factory made] and it does not have many of the vegetables that it used to have, to give it taste. Nowadays, the quantities of meat also is minimal. The flavours and fresh produce that it used to have are all gone now, save your time and money and go somewhere else. The 2-stars are for the cleanliness and service, besides that this restaurant is the equivalent of a Tim Horton's nowadays.
I would put this place 4 (lacking on attention to the customer, forget to bring some stuff), but I have to put 3 because they don’t have baby changing station, and they also rejected when I asked if I can change diaper very quickly in the booth (there were absolutely no customers in the whole section). They didn’t even allowed me to do it in the bathroom vanity and didn’t provide any solution for the baby at all ☹️Ps don’t try Pad Thai there!
The food was REALLY good! We ordered Thai beef stew with rice noodles, and a regular pho. The staff was kind and polite. They do no-noodle, less-noodles or more-noodles options. This is a really good place to low carb and enjoy Vietnamese food.Music was on-point for those who are Millennial ?. And bathrooms are squeaky clean, extra points for that ?

I been coming here for years and yes it's busy however that's because the food is good and the service is good.
Delicious food and excellent value! When we visited, they were a bit busy and our wait was longer than would be ideal, but we were not in a rush. Definitely recommend this restaurant and I hope to visit again soon.
