Excellent food, friendly service and great atmosphere, wonderful place to eat
This review is based on solely the bakery. The bakery is pretty jam packed with products, which leaves much to be desired when seeking a professional environment and cleanliness. However, with that comes many products from Chile that will give you constant flashbacks. They take credit which is not expected from such an antiquated shop. The prices are not outrageous but also not a bargain. The empanadas are a decent size at 3.95$, however the taste does not live up to the price. You are better off heading to La Plaza Latina for better empanadas with free ajiOverall not bad if you are in the area but nothing work driving over for unless you are looking for a big collection of chileno gear and food products
always a great time, the food is amazing and the workers / servers are always helpful, attentive, friendly and kind. Food is one of a kind and so is the experience
One of the most terrible service I have ever discovered. Not sure what made me through up in the end, the food or service?
Great food, great staff
Plentiful of chilean goodies. Empanadas, alfajores, empolvados, Triton cookies (much better than Oreo!), mote con huesillos, and much more!
Empanadas are just so-so... A bit too dry for my taste. Cleaningless and customer service leave a lot to desire. Greasy floors and more than a fair share of flies. I stopped going there the moment the owner's son felt that it was Ok to insult me because I asked if the bread was from the same morning. Terrible service!!
Alright... empanada was good, the bakery/store/storage was very small and didn’t really know what to look for. There was no one in there to be honest could have just taken anything and walked out but got some things. Wasn’t too great never found the restaurant and the guy wasn’t in a great mood
Disgusting place, always dirty. If you want to eat empanadas go to Jumbo Empanadas at Kensington Market.
Really nice owner, really nice. Empanada was not what I was hoping it would be.
