The reason for me not recommending Khorak is very obvious as there’s lots of discrimination since I do not speak their language they treat people like me very badly and very rudely. I just went there today and I bought myself Bhagali Polo Shank and couple of other things. First of all the lady who is serving me did not know how to take my order. Since my order was not what I expected I confronted the lady who is in charge of this section. Oh my god!!! She was so rude as I didn’t like the way my Shank was given. The lady at rise and shine Ann Curry in the same box it was a mixup so I told her that I need it separately instead of giving it to me and she started to throwing her temper tantrum and instead of giving it to me in a proper plastic container forcefully give it to me in a thermal ball and myself and my son insisted that by the time we reach home it’ll all get spilt but she said no it will not and when I reached home when I open the foil in which he had wrapped half of the curry had fallen and only little bit of curry was left and she was constantly ignoring what I was trying to explain to her and she was murmuring all throughout in Persian and I don’t know what she was saying. When I reached home and opened the thermal box container there was hardly any curry left. And plus she didn’t have our Shukr
Definitely pricey compared to other Persian stores, but they try to bring fresh products from Iran which I appreciate very much. I hated the dairy products, tasted like they've been kept for long and not edible anymore.I hope that they think of another interior design for the store, so it doesn't feel so cramped and more airy.Also, I wouldn't buy nuts without coverage, specifically with Covid 19 flying in the air!

Good store to shop from. Keep in mind their products, except their own baked bread, is over-priced. But in general the quality is good and they have all the Iranian products you would need.
It used to be a better Persian super market. Now it is too crowded, it is hard to find a parking spot, and they have poor customer service.The food take out section staff sometimes forget what the order was. Three times in the past 3 months, they missed a part of my ordered food, and I noticed only when I was home.I will not visit this place again.
I came for takeout chicken on the grill and rice for me and my family. Some friends recommended it to me in the summer and I finally stopped in since we were in the area. We were all so sick from the food. CLEARLY FOOD POISONING. We may call health inspectors. It was that bad. Oh and the service is so rude! The people working there are so rude. I will never return and will tell my friends about the foods poisoning.
I used to love this place but over the last year the quality of the food has gone down so much while the price has gone up like crazy and the service is terrible. If you don't keep reminding the ladies at the prepared food section about your order they will never get it done. They will also overcharge you each time. Almost to see if you will pay attention or just pay it. Also, if you only speak English, get ready for the dirtiest looks and eye rolls with the new staff. I've visited 3 times since January and each time the bill is wrong and they try to sneak things on.

Once in a while I order online groceries from here and justify the hefty delivery price by placing a big order. My last experience though was a huge disappointment. The order came a day late, which would have been fine if I’d received everything. I didn’t get half of the items in my order, and hadn’t even gotten a refund for them. I had to call them three times to find out what has gone wrong and not once someone apologized for their mistake. Instead they treated me like I owed them something and they were doing me a favour to refund the 15 items that they hadn’t sent me. Very poor customer service and online shopping service in general. Wouldn’t have been as disappointed if I hadn’t paid the delivery fee and tip and they'd accepted their mistake instead of lying saying they didn't have the items. Would definitely not recommend their online shopping.
Great place for shopping, has delicsious meals prepared, fresh baked bread, amazing selection of fresh meats, and an array of different products from every category. The service can use little pick me ups here and there but no complaints. Love this store!
