Absolutely ? disgusting and needs to be shut down. The dining room was filthy and the one available washroom looked like something from a horror movie....no toilet paper no soap no paper towel. Complained and no one seemed to care.
It is one of the most recent KFC renovated restaurants and it keeps dirty everywhere. The cleaning is done by the same restaurant workers but only something very basic, nothing deep. Grease is found from the entrance platform, floors, windows, floor inside the restaurant, it already looks like grease from a mechanic place. Needless to say the conditions and smell of the bathrooms, without soap to wash your hands. The owners want to earn all the profit but they do not pay for them to be innocuous places. If that is seen outside, I don't want to imagine where the meals are made and where they keep everything. They must improve. Bad presentation. The attention is nothing special, that is, there is no added heat.
Unhelpful staff, takes forever to make an order and then an eternity to get it, the places is always nasty, dirty. Every time I've been there they don't have chicken ready they let you know that after waiting +10 minutes then you can order but you have to wait around 30 minutes. If you get your food you get something different of what you asked for or 2 of the same chicken piece. Also as the time passes I've been getting smaller pieces. A leg sometimes has less meat than a wing.This place and the staff are a joke.
Missing many items. I was oder spicy crunch shaker witch come with two crispy chicken, only make it one , and drumsticks alright on time , but order haven’t ready , they start make it when I alright, it’s was second time order this location. And happened twice. Should’ve checked how’s the service of this located!!!
Probably one of the worst KFC's in this area. They took over 2 hours to deliver the food and delivered the wrong order. They would not answer the phone when called either. Their phone was off the line. Calling KFC customer service isn't much better anyways. They do absolutely nothing to resolve your issue and hang up on you. Not a pleasant experience with KFC at all.
One of the worst KFC I’ve ever been. The tables are messy, there are 2 guys holding their phone while sleeping and looked really high, the floor is oily and not tidy. I feel so bad for those customers who happen to come here with their children.Staff and the service is good, they’re efficient. But it seems like they already got tired on cleaning when other patrons are not respecting the place itself.I don’t know, Maybe it’s just me, but I feel unsafe inside the store.
Waited over 40 mins for two burgers. They were so caught up with their Uber orders that they didn’t even tell me they were out of stock on the items I ordered. Once I spoke up they offered an extra free sandwich but I had to wait for them to cook after that, so it still didn’t make up for the amount of time I wasted, as I needed to stop by other stores but they were now closed :(
Hopeless -the order taker Didnt speak very good english and screwed up the order-I repeated it 4 times-its great to employ newcomers and welcome them to canada -but for heaven's sake ,if youre taking orders in English at a Drive through -it helps to be fluent in the language -If youre Coming for your KFC - bring Google Translate
I couldn't give this place ZERO STARS and wanted to let people know this location is absolutely garbage. Never on time, never fresh, no customer service, absolutely garbage.KFC SHOULD CLOSE THIS LOCATION.
Very, very poor service. Love KFC but there is only 1 that is close to home. If u r rushing, don’t even think of coming on this location. Ordered online but still the same. Came to pick it up, order is not ready. They should improve their service
