Counter lady BHARTI is rude, she doesn’t know how to talk, stop yelling at us when we ask you to say again. KFC should train people before putting them behind the counter. Then food was bad no seasoning in fries. Total waste of money.
Not eatable !!! So much salt it was disgusting !Pieces are so small it’s like they cut them in half.Looked and tasted old. We are never eating KFC again, this is not the first time we experiencing this.
Horrible customer service. Rude manager. Got chicken bowl and it had only 6 pieces of chicken and mash potatoes were dry and cold with little gravy. And when we complained she called me cheap saying that I am lying.
Shown price of double bucket on board is different with the actual price! Not served dip honey mustard! No refill for software drink! No straw before get all food! So stupid! Bad service that just like I am begging them! One rotten apple spoils the barrel!
I ordered via food delivery app and cost extra for a large drink but I received a can of drink that not even a chilled as room temp instead a warm one that packed inside with a fried chicken together, not to mention the main food taste was awful.
Very quick service and the staff were friendly. The menu doesnt show most of the usual stuff but they do carry it. This is the spicy Flatbread
There was a line of 6 people ahead of me but it went by fast. The cashier was efficient and polite and the kitchen was quick in preparing the orders. The popcorn chicken was surprisingly warm even after we drove home. There was some flavour and the breading to chicken ratio wasn't bad.Edit: I had completed an online survey from a prior visit to another KFC to redeem the small popcorn chicken with a purchase of a drink. The cashier thanked me for completing the survey. It’s rare that I get thanked for doing something like that.
Place forgot my mobile order, showed up after 25 minutes. Waited another 5 before someone even spoke to me. When I mentioned the food, she panicked with the preppers in the back, then told me 3 minutes. I gave them 5 minutes. I went back in, they again asked why I was there ? when I finally asked for some honesty, they started with the excuses until the food was ready (about another few minutes after that.) I didnt trust the food was prepped well at that point and left. Lost my appetite after all. Worse KFC, and they need to refrain from using their foreign language when communicating about customers to one another. Feels discriminatory when you hear it and can't understand it. Oh and I didn't get a refund..... ?
The food was ok, but they gotta remember that its a fastfood business. They need to be quicker. ALOT quicker. What are they doin back there... But now that i think of it...if i was gettin paid minimum wage, i would probably move even slower than them. So... i hope that all the employees find a career that they love enough to the point where they actually want to work hard at their jobs and quit this fastfood gig. Save jobs like kfc for the highschool kids. Bless.
We ordered 10 pieces bucket, waited 30 minutes for the food. When they passed the order to me, they said it is 10 pieces chicken and we went home.However, it is a totally wrong order. We got two combos instead.Bad service. Wasted 2 hours for the terrible service. Never come back again.Employees needed to be trained!!!!!!!!!!
