Food is terrible. Everytime you use coupon, they give you the ugliest and smallest cut. Literally one piece cut into two pieces. They would also refuse hot and spicy if you use coupon.The Older woman at cashier was very rude. We dine in. Child touched underside of table and hands turned black. It was a sad evening for us.
The drive through is not optimized. Requires customers to wait outside drive through after payment and then queue again in drive through to pick up the order.
Depending on how busy it is when the location is busy quality of the food is fresh. However this time I found the chicken slightly overly burnt and the chicken tenders and popcorn chicken a bit to salty. KFC definitely needs a renovation makeover.
No, i didn't forget half my order, you forgot to give it to me. I should not have to double check that you did your job properly, and then only to call and have it implied that I should have done this for you.Its no wonder you have a 3.4 star rating- which in case you didn't know - is terrible.

Harmeet Kaur is such an amazing person. She guided me through the whole menu. She helped me find the best deal for my family. She also was nice enough to change my drink for a Gravy. I would come at this place over and over again only because of Harmeet Kaur.
The smell in the store is disgusting! Are the sewers backed up.....yuck, what a horrible thought. Public Health needs to get involved here. No way would I recommend this restaurant. Store franchisee/owner, do something about gross back up and the pot holed drive thru!!!!!!!!!
Worst customer service ever. I arrived at 10pm, a car went through the drive through. I rolled up to the intercom. No one answered. I rolled up to the window. Two people looked at me and continued. I went back to the intercom, they said they were closed. Time listed of closure was 1030pm.
Avoid this place. After ordering through drive through, some girl at the window where you pay just jabs the pay machine at my car and slides the machine up and down my car. Can't even tell if she damaged or scratched my car due to snow and slush. Wouldn't recommend going here.
I've waited 30 mins at the drive thru patiently. This is the worst KFC locations, not only the line ups are long outside, but also inside. I've spoken to the cashier to tell the Manager on duty 2 months ago regarding the driveway and the parking lot area. Especially the drive thru, until now there are large pot holes on the pavement. I've been living in this neighborhood for over 7 years and the pot holes in this parking lot haven't been repaired. Vehicle owners will need to watch out for their tires if ever it gets flat or damaged. There's a lot of potholes in this area.
