Amazing beef and pork option, must order the pork belly with unlimited side dish. Authentic Korean BBQ in Toronto. Price is reasonable, eater will not waste food, the portion is just perfect for 2-4 people. Only downside is the sitting area is little small than usual, especially in COVID it’s too close to comfort.

We went to the Yonge & Steeles location (across from Centerpoint mall). There is parking at the back. It's a big location with a good sized patio. They do take reservations right now bc of covid but also walk-ins. We had a reservation and even though we were a tad late, they did not cancel it and we were seated right away. We sat on the patio which had a very wooden rustic feel. Our table was more suited to 4 people but we made it work with 6, the staff added a stool. The issue was more with table space from all the banchan/side dishes they give you! The service was friendly but it was a busy Saturday night so a couple items we had to ask for repeatedly before we got them. -We're still waiting on more cucumber lol. The staff were friendly though and did check on us often. Liquid egg, Kimichi, garlic, and corn are served along the grill. Definitely eat or relocate the corn after a while or it will begin to sputter oil and kernels at you! The banchan/side dishes of lettuce for wrapping, sweet potato, onions, kimchi, seaweed, bean sprouts, cucumber, nokdumuk (bean jelly) and dips were all replenishable when we asked (except for the cucumber lol) I honestly can not tell you what meats we ordered as I didn't do the ordering; definitely pork belly, another kind of pork, and a thin beef (2 orders of each). We also ordered a rice each and 2 soups to share. This was plenty for the 6 of us. A few of us ordered a beer and we shared 3 bottles of soju, yum! We had a great time and I will definitely go back! For reference: We were 6 well-travelled friends all of whom have had a type of Korean bbq before, 1 who lived in S.Korea, and another who's visited S.Korea. I've been to 2 other Korean BBQ places in the GTA which were Korean-fusion and all-u-can-eat. I was told this place is authentic Korean and it was A-la-carte. ^_^

We made our reservation for today and were very excited to go there try the food as we saw many reviews online; however, by the time we were there, we waited 20 mins before someone came to talk to us, we made reservation but the guy time me that we have to show the proof that we dialled their store phone number to make the reservation, and he turned around and take other walk-in customers to sit, he even told me wrong phone number and asked me to show him that we called that number to make the reservation. I took three minutes to look for the call history and I could not find it, I then googled the number, and I found our he told me the wrong number. Eventually I showed him, that I called the restaurant two days ago to make the reservation, however, his bad attitude remained, we did not want to have the dinner with such a bad service and atmosphere so we chose to leave, we would never go to this restaurant. If you are looking for a restaurant with minimum service and you hate over super long wait, this is not the one for you.

Such a terrible restaurant and such a horrible owner. He has no respect to anyone around him (costumers, neighbors...). Even a 1 is too much for him!

I came here twice this month with my wife, both times we had Joey (I believe her name is) as a waitress and let me tell you, she is fantastic ! I’ve been to eat at different location in Toronto before and always love the food that’s why I keep coming back! But the service she provides and her energy/ positivity and all around happiness she gives off makes the experience that much better. I don’t ever write reviews but I felt I had to recognize her for her work and a simple review I hope would help. Keep doing a fantastic job and keep up that amazing energy you have ! Thank you and we will be back ! - Thanks again, Jorge Porro

I'll preface this with saying the restaurant decor is very unique, so if you like a rustic backdrop to your dinner, this place was cute, complete with Korean rap to set the fun, trendy vibe. However I was not there for that, and I was there for the bbq. We ordered beef short ribs, pork shoulder and beef tenderloin for 2 people. Firstly, the meat wasn't marinated, but the meal came with 2 dipping sauces. I personally expected my meat options to be marinated as I've experienced at every other KBBQ place I've been to in Toronto, and that's my preference. Also, for the price, it simply wasn't worth it in my opinion. That being said, each order came with all you can eat side dishes that were interesting and unexpected, and the service was good even when they were pretty busy. Perhaps the non-bbq dishes would have been a better choice.

The best meat I ever had. You get to exactly what meat you want. They bring it to you. It was really cheep as well $20 per person before taxes and tips.

It was hard to park the car because the parking area of restaurant was small. We had to go around there to find the parking lot. After 5pm, there was full tables, you should be patient to wait till your turn. But the patient was worth it, the food was awesome, the sauce was good taste and the smell was really attracting. I loved the kimchi pork soup and the kimchi cake with cheese. But I think if you like bbq only, you should try all types of meat, dont eat cake or rice or soup to make you feel full fast :))
