The other stores I have tried had a little less oil in the food.
Was my 1st time trying Jollibee & I enjoyed it. The fries were amazing! Some of the best fries I've had. I also got the spicy deluxe sandwich. Really good. I liked the spice level.
When we went it's quite busy at this location. Although, there are no lineups at the cash but the tables seemed to be all occupied. It's a good place to bring kids and enjoy the Filipino Deep Fried Chicken. We actually liked it a lot!!!
Went here today for some food and it was pretty good. The chicken sandwich and fries were good. The chicken itself was pretty good and i got two gravy sauces with my order. I would get it again if i am at the mall.
I like the location, but they should take their time knowing what they're putting for an order. I checked reviews before going, and consistently people said, missing orders. I have a missing order for my burger steak. The employees are very nice people, and I understand it's a fast pace environment, it's unfortunate to have a missing ordering when paying for over 60 dollars worth of food.
For me this is the best Jollibee location, food is always hot and freshly prepared. The fried chicken is piping hot everytime and so juicy, their peach, mango pie is always crispy. The staff have always been super friendly and patient. You dont feel rushed here, even though it is a fast food restaurant. They have very limited eating inside, but if you like Jollibee fried chicken and are ever in the area of this location...you have to go.
I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe which was crispy and juicy. Jalapeño’s were nice, but was missing lettuce and tomatoes. Unacceptable quality control.
Despite waiting 15 mins to pickup my online order, when I got home, I found that they packed the order incorrectly. There were only 5 pieces of chicken in my 6 pcs bucket order.Chickens are crispy and the mango pies are good. But the mistake they made in packing my order left me with a bad impression with the quality control procedure of Jollibee.
The staff look down on us because I have colleague and she said I only ordered 1and we are going for dine in. We are busy on getting the QR code for our vaccine. I felt bad because the they repeat it again while I'm still busy downloading it because they didn't accept the certificate of vaccination only. I was embarrassed these young people have no respect and can't wait for us to finish. And to think I was starving it was already 2pm and they won't let me in first, I know it was A protocol I do understand. But telling me that we are 2 and I was just ordering 1 shame on them. They can't wait till we decide the second order. And my colleague is not filipino I was really embarrassed, me promoting our own food and the treatment will be like that. Staff were arrogant for looking down on us. We are frontliner and we came from work and not deserved to be treated like this. I would not recommend this staff Mae Quen and the first one who pressured me for the code was with her I did not get the name they worked the same time 2-3pm Feb. 16, 2022. She is more unpleasant than Mae. For me I won't recommend this branch. Bad customer service. You do not have the filipino values anymore.
I ordered yum burger. The dressing used is just the regular mayo. I ordered kids meal, the way they packed it is so disgusting. No box and the gravy was put in a regular styro cup. Don’t serve the item if you dont have the supply… im so dis appointed ???
