Agree with another customer, they are so rush for nothing! I ordered 2 meals for dinner, specifically told the gentleman i only wanted lettuce and tomato, one meal no mayo, i awared he did not follow my request but wasnt sure which box was mine. Look at the picture, both have mayo and everything for salad! Even the cashier checked and said 1 meal no mayo, which was a lie, i paid 30+ dollars for that even its foodcourt food, still, ridiculous!
They always seem to be in an extreme rush, at the expense of quality.The portions of the tzatziki is always off, and asking for even a little extra costs 1.25 (for one tsp!) There were times when they were out of tzatziki and I was not given a small discount, and next time I had to pay extra for a little bit more.The chicken souvlaki is always pretty dry.But the regular workers are very kind!
I ordered two Chicken Souvlaki dinners today at around 4pm at Yorkdale. The lady serving the food and cashing out was rude and not at all friendly! The rice tasted stale-like a few days old, the salad was overpowered by the dressing, the chicken was stale, tasted like rubber! Nothing tasted good, what a disappointing meal! Jimmy the Greek you need to make sure you serve fresh food to your customers! I have had your food several times and it was much better!
I got the spinach and cheese pie dinner meal with salad, rice, and potatoes. It was really good. However, I felt rushed and kind of stressed while ordering, didn't even get to get hot sauce ?? but the food was really good. I enjoyed it! I definetly recommend having this if you're feeling particularly ravenous ?
I've never seen the calamari as a option on the menu so I decided to give it a go and it was so well worth it. The calamari where crunchy and perfectly fried. Strongly recommend this dish.
This place is a disgrace I ordered chicken souvlaki and Roasted lamb but the rice was undercooked and tasteless.Don't even think about ordering roasted lamb.
This was the 2nd time happened. The first time i ordered souvlaki chicken dinner. When i got home, just salad rice and potatoes no chicken at all. This time dec 21 , 2021. I ordered same but no tzatziki sauce. Cashier is awesome. Just the server
Chciken is dry, hardly any rice given in a meal, people working there could care less about their job.
Food was good and Shawn/Sean (Idk how to spell it) definitely deserves a raise! Very polite employee
By far, probably the worst place for a gyro wrap. Compared this place with any other mall’s jimmy this is honestly a let down. Remember the old commercial where they had so much veggies and sauce to go with the wrap? Yeah. It didn’t happen here. I asked Nicky to have everything inside the gryo, I ended up getting 5 slices of onions, 2 tomato chucks, and barley visible lettuce. Don’t even mention the sauce, I got 1/5 of a scoop. It just felt like the driest wrap you’d ever have. I understand it’s mall food and you should have 5star restaurant expections, But to have this experience now feels quite a bit disappointing. :(
