Clearly different portion of salad depending on person who serve you food. Never lie to customers please..I had over 15yrs experience in restaurant and still working as a chef. I often go this location to get chicken souvlaki meal or pita..and I got the terrible portion of salad which made me even feel bad about it today. Do you think am I writing this review without reason? Please be kind and honest your customers.
The asian cashier lady is very friendly.Food is also really tasty and the portion hasn't changed since I've been going there for over 20 years.
I know exactly what I'm getting when I go to Jimmy the Greek. I've had their pork and slovaki dinner since I was a kid and now my kid loves it. It's good value for the fast food meal, delicious and is exactly the way I remember it every time.
The cashier there is the most rude and amongst the worst and cheapest people on earth , Her height is about 175 cm and her skin is light and I think she is Iranian ( Persian ) customer service is horrible , she was very rude and unpleasant and need to be retrained on what proper customer service is. Never again. ,Worst jimmy the Greek location!!!
I've had the chicken dinner many times. In the past, their chicken had a very crispy skin with tender meat underneath which was perfection! But a few times recently it was just soft, so I'm not sure what happened. Also the potatoes are sometimes partially cooked on one side and not so much on the remaining of it. Overall during the many times I've been there I felt like they perfected this dish, will visit again and see if the old quality is back. Credit to 1 or 2 kind servers there also!
Place seems a bit understaffed other than that the amount of food you get is dam good
I just picked up lunch at the Centrepoint Mall location. I got the veggie souvlaki meal. I was really looking forward to it because I’ve had it a couple of times before and it was pretty tasty. The employee working there told me I’d have to wait 10 minutes for them to grill the kabob, which I totally don’t mind, especially if it means my food will be fresh. It was not fresh ?. The kabob looked old and shrivelled. There were vegetables I couldn’t identify. I think a couple of them were zucchini? I could only tell by the seeds on the inside, after accidentally biting into one (see photo). I can only describe them as “goopy.” The mushrooms smelled like a movie theatre restroom. Really, really, gross stuff. I actually had to move the souvlaki veggies to the other side of the room while I ate the rice and salad because it smelled so bad. I gave the establishment two stars because the rest of the meal was fine, but I don’t think I can ever eat there again.
I went there today for food,everything is ok with food but what is wired in these story? I got bull ORDER IS CANCELED but in reality I payed for that.I asked lady with black hair (not Chinese) why like that and her answer was that is okI think somebody is abusing there
The portions are always a great size. Delicious too!
Bad owner, stingy servings, high prices. Go to another location.
