Does not honour the BOGO (buy one get one free) promo. Hero burger advertises a different promo every day. Sunday July 31st is the 4 oz. Signature burger. Instead of the 4oz. I bought the larger 6 oz burger and asked for the promo, I even offered to take the smaller 4 oz. burger but, Ali who claimed to be the owner, and the cashier refused to apply the promotion. I pointed to the promotion hanging in their window and on the street sign, they refused me. Ali said "the burger costs me money," then why the promo? They lost a customer.
Spicy chicken burger was good and cheap. What more do you want from a fast food spot?
Delicious food at a great price. They were also rockstars with the modifications, like we asked for our onion rings to be extra fried and extra crispy and those rings were exactly that! 10/10 would order again!
Terrible experience. The chicken was raw, cold and disgusting and when I complaint they straight up said we can't replace and didn't even apologize. The manager and chef pretty much told me to get out. The worst customer service ever. Save your time and money. Do not go to hero burger.
Delivered order: 1st time ordering and I will never do it again. I found bone and nerves on my burger. It also tastes industrial burger. The package is poor and I believe the delivery guy opened to eat my fries. The package needs to be stapled.
So far so good! Ordered from here twice and both times it's been yummy. I'm kinds bummed out that they don't have the salmon burger here.. thats my jam.. but there is still other great options to choose from and the service was faster here than other hero burgers I've been to!
Found this place a couple of weeks ago, I was coming back from picking my younger brother from his highschool. We were hungry so we found this place and decided to check it out, believe me it was the best experience, we will definitely be visiting often.PS: We just moved to the neighborhood and I even took some home for my mom and she gave the same reaction.
This location has got a lot better than before. Very good food quality and a very friendly hostess. Highly recommended.
The food was not what I thought works we. The jalapeño kitchen was dry and after asking for only lettuce and tomatoes, pickles and lettuce.. I got no tomatoes, 1/4 piece of lettuce paper thin, two smallest little round paper thin pickles, and a lump up mayonnaise that I did not ask for. A very disappointed customer.. Awful food and price was expensive for what I saw... I threw it away. Never going back. People want to make money without using ingredients as ask. It doesn't take much to put one leaf of lettuce and fold it so I could taste it.. ? Pictures are deceiving on their site!
So tasty, less fat or grease than another burgers places and great attention by the staff. Really a good place to eat Burgers in Toronto.
