By far the slowest location I’ve ever been to, even with no one in line. Friendly service and food is served okay. Other locations are much faster, and take more pride in serving their food. Thought it was maybe just one day, but it is consistently painfully slow.
This was easily one of my best experiences in any restaurant in the North York area. There is nothing bad to say about the place - the customer service is heavenly, the food is angelic, and the place is clean like the White house. I heavily recommend anyone - and I mean ANYONE - to visit this place and have some a good harvey’s experience!

Best Swiss Chalet we've been to...the chicken is always perfectly cooked. Not dry and fries are great. Staff also lovely.

Slowest location I’ve been to. Gave it multiple chances but make sure you have at least 20 mins to wait before you get your food. The girl works hard but the two male coworkers slow down the entire line every time. Pls hire faster more competent workers.
The guy named vivek is very humble and cooks very nice food on time. Must try very good staff and they are always happy to serve you.
Harvey's has always been a good place to go to and this place was no exception. John helped me out plenty, was patient, and made sure I liked my order. If I'm passing by, I'd be sure to come again.
We love the food at harvey’s, their burgers are delicious and fries are always fresh hot and crispy.We specially love John, he is friendly and makes the best food.
