Honestly, what a great experience. I don’t know that I can normally say a drive through wows me. But today they certainly did. Jennifer was the absolute best and was truly wonderful! Beautiful people like her add a sparkle to this world! Best Harvey’s around!!!
Great service every time I come to this Harvey’s location. Yvonne is usually at the register to take my order and she is always super friendly, pleasant and lovely to chat with. Great service skills. I’ve also been through the drive-thru on a number of occasions and service is always fast and friendly and my order is always fresh!Worth the drive to this location! Thanks!
I came to the drive through with my daughter. Jah-nae gave us some beautiful dressed burgers “made with love” very nice note. The manager Pascal (I hope I spelled it correctly) was very nice and was very nice when taking our order.Overall wonder service
Yvonne is such a beautiful person.Every time me and my Family have gone to the Dufferin and Lawrence location she is always upbeat and so pleasant.Very welcoming and such a joy to see how much she enjoys her job and customers.God Bless Yvonne.
Always great service. Since I go there often, and know the people that work there, my order is always safe and pretty fast. I really appreciate that I don't have to beg to get a little extra of any item that is Ala carte.They treat me right!
Tirhas and Jen raised the bar so high with their positive energy, warm heart and overall personality!! I feel spoiled now and only want to go to this location to see these lovely ladies again! God bless them! The Angus burgers were the best and very neatly prepared.
My family and I came in for lunch today (Wednesday March 16), and we were greeted with the most pleasant, kind, outgoing, and friendly service from Miss. Jennifer! We spoke for 5 minutes about all the pleasantries of life and love, as though we’ve known each other forever. She was truly such a beautiful soul; demonstrating compassion, well-wishes, humour, and of course excellent service. This experience was made solely by her- and we were having a wonderful time before we even received our food. She was such a wonderful face and personality to be greeted with, and she made our experience here better than we could have expected. Thank you, Miss. Jennifer. When we come back, it will be only on Wednesday, and that is sincerely because of YOU.
Yvonne was lovely from the second we walked in to the second we left. I’m a support worker for a man with special needs and she talked to him the same way she would talk to anyone else, greeting him and asking how he was doing. At the cash register she took our order quick and efficiently in a professional but friendly manner.This location is clean and quick also.
Wasn’t my first choice for a restaurant but i was very happy its where i decided to go for dinner. Amazing food, amazing customer service and just an overall friendly environment
I had the best Harvey’s experience in a long time today. I am quite fussy about how my food is cooked and dressed. The cashier was so polite & relayed to the BBQ cook how I wanted my bun burger and rings cooked. It came exactly as asked and then topped expertly by a very very pleasant young man. Lastly the place was spotless & they now serve Red Bull slushy, who knew! If a manager or franchise owner reviews these, it was in March 8 at 2pm.Rob
