I have been to Harvey's many times.I guess this location had an off day.I ordered an Angus Burger, onion rings and drink combo.The burger was very good, properly cooked with toppings and pickles on the side as I asked for.The onion rings as I dislike the fries were burned and ovedone.Normally they have a timer to monitor the fries and rings but someone must have been distracted.The take out order of rings was not good at all although the burger was great.Since I have had rings done properly before I must guess staff were distracted from getting to the rings on time.We seldom review regular fast food outlets and we should be doing that.We are paying good money and staff get complacent and don't care the way they should.Someone was off their game here and for clos to $20. paid I expected better from such a huge chain that owns many restaurants.I think everyone should start reviewing regular fast food place as well so they know when the team is not doing the proper job.I was disappointed and if I didn't have an appointment I would have driven back but I think a negative review can help to make them aware of their failing a customer and hope they improve.
Our second time at Harvey's in less than a week. This one was convenient and friendly. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. We got a Poutine, #2 meal, and a Veggie burger meal. The floor was a bit sticky under our table, but the drink station was clean.
Definitely the worst service ever, order this around 11:40PM Last night, and suggest never to go there. As the order taker was so rude initially but we weren’t really bothered much bout it as it wasn’t welcoming but it was the end of the shift even though that’s not the excuse.These are the pictures of food we ordered last night, everything was over cooked and by the taste of it it felt like it was already made like a while ago and they cooked again or heated up. If the owner or the manager would like i can bring all the food back and show it to them. This is definitely the worst experience at any Harveys ever.
As hungry as I was I do not think I will ever go between 3 and 4 pm during the school year again. Loud, raucous kids with absolutely no respect for their environment overtook the restaurant from the local high school. The food itself was a mixed bag. The poutine was obviously not cheese curds, but it tasted nice, good feel in the mouth, the double patty cheese burger (not the Angus) was so salty, I couldn't finish it, I ate a quarter and threw out the rest.
I just want to send a huge s/o to Jasneet, Lovepreet, Gladys, & Adam for making our night with great service. We came in a minute before store closure & they were able to make 2 meals for us. Thank you so much for this amazing team and i hope you all get recognized for it!!
Gross! Salad was rotten , stale bun for chicken sandwich. At least this time my chicken was cooked. Ordered for delivery, but will never do it again.
The server talked very rudely. Never had this kind of experience anywhere. The Managers should be more attentive.
I ordered crispy chicken and I got problem right after I had it! I don’t want to give one star because I think It’s not fair! However please pay more attention and supervise your kitchen!
It is hit and miss here. Sometimes you get friendly staff sometimes not so much. Sometimes the burger is cooked well sometimes it is cold by the time you unwrap it. Normally go through drivethru and park in lot, last two times burgers and fries were luke warm. Have def had better from here. Not sure what is going on, hope they get their act together not too many Harvey’s around.
Great service, and love those Harvey's hamburgers. They make McDonald's taste like cardboard. Also try the donuts... delicious!
