I had come here sometimes to buy and take out their pearl milk tea. However, I ordered through Uber Eats today and it was disappointing to me. Their pudding was extremely sweet (I think I could get diabetes faster if I still got pudding in this location tho ?). And it was truly sharp, like it had been put in the fridge for a long time. The crema is kinda salty to me because I tried crema in Queen St W location and I was in love with it. But in York U, I did not feel the same. Overall, it was not a happy night due to this bad experience. I still rate them 4 star cus I also work in customer service industry, I do not want make anything hard for people. I hope they could see my review and make some changes.
This was my first time at this store and i didn't know what to order so I asked the guy who was working, he said no problem and surprised me with a drink and it was amazing! very nice staff!
What's the point of even owning a SkiptheDishes delivery service if you are just going to reject the order every time in order to force customers into going for your built in delivery services ($7 more).

Got two bubble teas and asked for 30% sugar for each and both tasted wayyyyyy too sweet compared to the last time we ordered. The boba was small and just wasn't the same like from previous orders.
