The decor is nice and cozy. I like how the waiting/entrance area is separated from the dining area where the cold wind from opening/closing of door wouldn't bother customers. Noodles here are hand pulled in the kitchen by the front door where customers can view behind glass barrier as they wait to be seated.[ Traditional LanZhou Hand-pull Beef Noodle (no.4 style noodle)] - The noodles can be ordered in various thickness and size. I chose number 4 (ErXi) but any size would be good because the noodles are cooked to "Al Dante". Portions are relatively generous here and the soup gets the job done.[ Lamb skewers ] - Skewers were decent and cooked well for a place that doesn't specialize in skewers.To pay, you can go up to the front counter instead of waiting for staff as they can get pretty busy.
I was really having a good time at Gol’s Lanzhou noodle. Not only the food is absolutely delicious, I was also given a nice and welcoming service by their staff. The noodle is chewy and the soup is perfectly balanced which you can really drink it all without feeling salty or greasy. BBQ is also a must-have. The lamb kabob is even better than most of the BBQ restaurants. I really enjoyed the food there and definitely will comeback! 食物很美味！
We had our puppy with me and this new noodle place We walked in and they said to keep it in the bag. Great people work in there, the gentleman last night was the host and waiter he was fantastic and made great recommendations and was very attentive! You can taste the care when you are having the noodle! ??????
A decent place for chinese noodles. Broth is very flavorful and rich some might feel it salty. The side dishes are also fine, I prefered the cucumbers but they are all great. But they often under cook the noodles even tho I asked them to extra cook it... and they did increase the cost recently :(
Really enjoyed the food here. The staff was kind and very covid safe. They did not have many non beef or pork options but if they did I'd be back a lot. Their noodles were great, and you get to pick the size. The squid was also really good.
Fellow UWaterloo students know this place is bomb ?Great portion hand-pulled noodles. Broth always tastes amazing, you can ask for extra cilantro/green onion if you desire. So happy to see a location in Toronto!

The flavour was also amazing not too spicy but they have the oil incase you wanted more. You can also see the guy hand pulling the noodles in the front of the store. Highly recommend the place whether you are by yourself or with friends and family.
A decent place for freshly made hand pulled noodles. The place also has skewers and other small eats. Had their chicken cartilage, squid and BBQ sausage all with similar flavour profiles. Staff were pleasant and we'll informed of their menu. They currently offer a 5% cash discount. Overall a decent place for a quick bite.
The handmade noodles were amazing! really well made.All the BBQ sides taste the same it is different dish but it looks like you are eating the same dish all the time.they are on the sweet side. The BBQ dishes were quite tender.
Fresh hand pulled noodles. Good texture of noodles. For the signature noodles, go with the sanxi noodles - that’s the recommended one for the signature. I think the soupless ones have their own recommended noodle types which are thicker.This place also has a skewers menu. They’re all delicious.Pay the bill at the front. Takeout containers have a small charge.
