I think this store has gone downhill. I remember visiting this place years ago and it was clean, organized and more lively (more staff and customers before). Now June 2022, the place is dirty and only 2 staff working on Sunday lunch time. Not too many customers and the ambiance is not inviting. My daughter said the halohalo is okay. Ube hopia is good but not the best. They still have the mini grocery area inside, although limited items were there. Dine-in is very limited and their washroom has been unavailable for a long time lol. Their other foods didn't look fresh. Hope they can better this place in the future and maybe do a general cleaning once weekly.
Price gouging!! Medium size at $14.99 plus tax. $11 for fried fish. This restaurant has the highest price of all restaurants in that area. Not even worth it! I once bought a food there and when I get home not even 30 min had passed the food is already stale/spoiled. Don’t support this restaurant you will just waste your hard earned money. If I can give them zero star I would. That’s how bad it was.
I bought 1 medium spaghetti, 1 large rice, 1 stick of chicken BBQ, 1 tilapia and, 2 okoy , 1 bag of maxx candy and 1 banana que. After i paid, we left and realized that the banana que was not in the bag. I doubled check everything and it's not there. So I went back in right away in less than 5 minutes, O told the lady tht they forgot to put the banana que inside the bag. the other lady was like "natatandaan nio ba sha"?? I was just literaly inside their store in less than 5 mins.. and I am not going to lie for just about "1 stick of banana que"!!! That it seems like i am gonna lie about it... i told them i was just there 5 mins ago. and the lady who served me just few minutes ago, did not mentioned right away that I was just there ... They should have a better customer service with people specially their business is food...
A great place to satisfy your Filipino food craving, a delicious variety to choose from and super friendly staff
Customer service is great and has alot of selection on traditional Filipino cuisine.
Ordered Small($35.00)Pancit Canton for media noche Christmas 2021, my family and friends agreed that the Sahog were very scarce, even the veggies was less than a cup? worst part it was very salty. Sorry to say most of the pancit ended inside the garbage bin, embarrassing ? At least pork embotido and fiesta ham were good.
Came in today & bought 2 Pork BBQ sticks, 1 Karioka , 1 lumpia spring roll.Do you guys seriously feel the temperature before serving to customers? The spring roll and the bbq sticks were cold.. Karioka had no taste.Go to elsewhere for your small Filipino needs.
Just pass by to your store today and I’m disappointed . I buy the hopia baboy but like taste brown sugar !So sweet and the bread so dry to.

I WISH A LARGE SUCCESSFUL ORGANIZATION WILL OFFER ALL OF THEM A BETTER JOB WITH NEVERENDING SUCCESS & PROSPERITY!!!... WHERE THEY WILL ALL BE VALUED & AWARDED FOR THEIR EXTREMELY HARD WORK, KINDNESS, THE BEST & AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE, WELL BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS & WELL BEYOND MY WORDS!!!IF THEY CAN ALL EXCEL FOR THIS LOW PAYING JOB, THEY CAN ALL THIS FOR ANY BEST ORGANIZATION IN THIS WORLD!!!TO ALL CUSTOMERS, PLEASE BE EXTRA KIND, BE GENEROUS WITH YOUR TIPS, BE RESPECTFUL & SMILES GO A LONG WAY...??????☺️????❤️????????
