Ordered same thing I always get, get it at different locations as well. It's an energy shake. Takes 5 solid minutes to make, you do wait a long time. Today they messed up the recipe and added banana. I told them my order was wrong after I tasted it. They argued back, telling me that the recipe has banana in it. No, it certainly doesn't, i order it literally every day and have ordered it from different locations, tastes exactly the same. I don't like the banana. They then said "there are different recipes" and "some people put banana in it". What? Kept arguing with me. It would have been better to acknowledge the mistake instead of arguing. Very poor customer service.
They got my order wrong even tho I said exactly what was on the menu and made me feel really uncomfortable after I brought it up and it felt like they really didn’t want to fix their mistake so I didn’t even get it changed :/
This is worst place even seen it in Toronto staffs are very rude don’t understand English don’t behave like human.I don’t recommend it to anyone…owner take look

Horrible customer service! I have a food allergy and I was just asking the ingredients of the smoothie, The lady was mad at me for asking. Started yelling very loud.I would never go back there.
3.5 starsI was at Fairview Mall and looking for a place to buy a drink. On the way out to the parking lot I stopped by Freshly Squeezed (Prestotea) for some bubble tea. The staff immediately greeted me as soon as I walked closer but I had not made up my mind on a drink yet. She gave me some space to deliberate. The 2 for $11 was enticing but there wasn't a drink from that selection that I wanted. I decided on the Matcha Milk Tea with White Pearl. It's too bad though that I was informed they didn't have white pearls. I usually get regular size drinks so the large was ginormous to me.The matcha milk tea had a good amount of matcha flavour and it wasn't too sweet. The tapioca pearls had some chew to them but didn't impart any flavour. Upon finishing the drink I was left with a lot of tapioca pearls. They were very generous in how much they provided.
Very rude cashier . Very bad service. Never ordering from this location again. Don't waste money at this location
Sooo slow and they charged me for tapioca and when I got in the car noticed there weren't any ?♂️ But I liked the choice of flavors.
Loved the Mango Slush & Passion fruit Green tea drinks !!! 2 medium for just about $10 !! Was so excited and turned out to exceed our expectations!! Plus their medium size was like Large . Great . Will be going to try more of their drinks ?
