I was sick for two to three days after having a gluten contamination from eating here. I had checked if a certain bowl was indeed gluten-free when I was ordering and the young girl at the cash said yes it was. She then prepared my meal along with a gluten pita for another customer at the same time using the same gloves and cross-contamination obviously occurred and I will never trust this franchise again unfortunately.
Poor quality. Small portions. Buddha bowl had maybe 2 tablespoons of sauce so really dry and clumpy. I'm glad I was alone in my office. The noodles were raw and clumped w no sauce so my fork lifted the whole puck and I had to ugly eat it. AVOID
I just joined the GoodLife gym in this building & was pleased to see this Freshii was open for lunch. The wonderful, friendly staff was happy to make my personalized bowl. I've eaten at many different Freshii locations, but have to say this was the freshest and best quality items that I've ever had! Delicious! This will become a regular stop as I leave the gym, on my way to healthier living after 2 years of being locked up! Keep up the great service & fresh items! Thank you.
Good food, but poor staff. The rep working here was completely indifferent and barely even acknowledged me. She was too busy talking to her friends and singing a song. Maybe she's some sort of aspiring YouTube personality or something. I frequent another location at Yonge and Sheppard and they have excellent service over there by comparison!

Best quality food serves here with reasonable price. Lots of food options that suit vegans and vegetarians. The location has a nice ambience and the employees are very nice and very accommodating to their guests. They also offer to try their new products which is a good thing, especially for those first-timers.
The place is great and has good ambiance. In terms of service, crews are accommodating and approachable. It offers a wide variety of food at a reasonable price. Which is great! Overall it was satisfying experience, keep it up!
ALWAYS great service, clean and friendly. Jennie is a wonderful ambassador for the Freshii brand and always has a welcoming smile when she's working. Food is delicious and she knows my order which is usually waiting for me when I arrive!
