Just bought over $70 of food for co-workers and am not very happy with my first (and last) experience with this particular location. I ordered a Tex-Mex Burrito with NO protein, as I am a vegetarian. I ordered a Market wrap with chicken for a co-worker. When we got our food, my burrito had chicken in it and my co-worker's wrap did not. Despite the employee making our order telling me that she put in utensils, there were none in either of the bags. Guess my friend will have to eat her soup with her hands?! The supposed peanut sauce in my friend's Buddha's Satay tasted "off," he said.I usually love Freshii, but this location is terrible. They were not busy, as we went at an off-time, but they obviously did not listen to what I ordered, nor did they clarify if they did not understand. And no utensils or napkins? Skip this place.
Beware working for Freshii on this location. The management hires new staff to “train” and not compensate anything for the amount of hours being hands on the job. The person who I personally know work a whole 5 days and end not getting any pay or hired.
Food is O.K. But service can improve. I ordered through the Freshii website, it took them time to figure out what order it was didn’t ask for my order number. The website asked me to come pick it up at 12:20 and when I came down the order was not ready and took them more time to make it which defeated the purpose. Missed my double order of chicken, if I didn’t double check i wouldn’t have gotten the extra ingredient I bought.

This place is the one I like best. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this one I keep coming back again and again. The team is very friendly and the cuisine they cook is so fresh and tasty. I am always happy to have a decent dinner in this restaurant. Highly recommended.
I very much like the food and customer service, great area close to my apartment. The cashiers are always friendly. Will come visit again.
I have been coming to this location for 1 year, it’s really inconsistent, most times I get something shown below. They are nice people, but to pay this much for this 3 items and size, it’s not worth it. Please be a bit more generous!
I've gone here 5 times and they messed up my order 3 times: 1) asked for no cucumbers, got lots. 2) paid for extra chicken got 3 tiny cubes 3) ordered a teriyaki bowl and didn't get any sauce - bone dry. My bad for going back but I was desperate. It won't happen again - probably.
Didnt know this was inside of a building, and security was eyeing us the whole time which was very uncomfortable but its still a good location. The staff were very kind and helpful, and with coupons we got great deals. The portion was quite big and the taste was decent. A little underseasoned for my taste but that's just freshii recipes and has nothing to do with this location. Still very tasty and i was completely full halfway through the plate!
