Update: Haven't been here in a few years. 4 years ago I left the review below with 3 stars. Well I went back and it's far worse. They still don't tell you if there is a missing ingredient, even if it's a main ingredient, like the bacon in the Cobb salad. Employees look upset and tired so they are unhelpful, probably from being understaffed and having to deal with a disappointed clientele. I do like Freshii but this location should be put out to pasture.-------------Decent food when made right. I've been there a few times where my order is supposed to come with an ingredient which they are out of and they simply don't say anything. It's just prepared and given to you without that ingredient. Very odd. I expect my order to have everything that it says on their menu.
Worst location in the GTA. Would give 0 stars if I could. I used to do deliveries and have been to every Freshii location in Toronto. This is the only location that gives me issues. Just wasted my 30 minute lunch break watching their staff work at a snails pace. Ohhh and they completely messed up my order too, that's great, thanks guys! The lady proceeds to remake my order without even asking what I ordered, and proceeds to make the wrong burrito.... again. Complete incompetence with no care for the customer at all. Take a look at their reviews, im not the only one who's had issues. I RARELY write reviews, the fact I just wrote this paragraph speaks volumes about this location and their staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Such poor customer service, people there don't seem to care very much very poor behaviour for a franchise. Manager def need to motivate there workers

Missing toppings, half sized bowls. I used to visit weekly and never knew what I was gonna get, lol, or not get. Train your staff how to measure things properly or hire competence.
Always comes here on the weekend.
The food is great its just they miss toppings at times. Its on and off but I guess it happens. I just dont like paying for the toppings I ordered but didnt get. Please double check order toppings. Thanks.
