MOLDY BUN. DO NOT GO!There was mold on the bun they gave me; they gave me the burger in a wrapper so I didn’t even realize and ate half of it before I saw the green/grey spot on the bun.Absolutely disgusting, ironic that their name says “fresh”
Great place for burgers and fries. As their name states they're fresh, juicy with fluffy toasted buns. Fries were also good as well, crispy Cali fries - they always have the option to add a bit of Cajun for those that want a bit of a punch.In short good food for those that want a quick meal.
Burgers taste fresh, nicely cooked and doesn't taste like anything unnatural or have any filling in it. Although on the salty side and the fries were not really Crispy, the burger itself was top notch and quite generous in portion if you get the 8 Oz freshburger which is the best value in my opinion. 3.75 to 4 out of 5 stars.
This place is great in so many ways!After trying the airport road location, we wanted to try some of the others, this was the closest to us.This location was just as good in every way. We ordered through the site, it was simple and straightforward. We ordered 3 different meals, each being packaged in its own separate paper bag. Sounds like maybe not a big deal but its super helpful when passing out the food, especially in our vehicle, so thanks for thinking of that!I had the double this time, it was so good! The caramelized onions are no joke, best I’ve had anywhere, worth the upgrade, they don’t skimp. The fries were spot on as well.My current favourite burger joint!
all the fresh burger locations around town are pretty solid. this is a newer location and it holds up as well! for the price, i would eat this over a big mac any day! plus their fries are legit potatoes cut into strips, not processed and refried!also, add caramelized onions to your burger. makes it super juicy and that savoury sweet taste. brings up the whole burger to another level! extra $ but worth it.
Honestly, prior to this Fresh Burger opening up 5 minutes away from my house, I don’t think I was ever really a big burger person. However, now I know this is what a burger should be like - crisp lettuce, flavourful and juicy patties, fresh tomatoes, and a nice bun. Their double primeburger combo offers great value; I’m not sure I’ve ever seen any other place offer a 12 oz burger and it’s a great post-hike treat.The fries are something else too. My brother and I have found our new favourite fry place - so simple yet so good. I even enjoy the soda there so much because it is so fizzy, even though I know it’s just from a regular soda fountain.Food aside, I’ve visited this location a couple of times now and the service has always been great. Tom is a fantastic manager who knows how to do customer service right, because he’s friendly and efficient. Overall, no complaints, great burger and great service. Super excited for my next visit!! :)
Dropped in for a quick bite and was super delighted I made this stop.Reviews makes a huge difference these days and these guys deserves the recognition.While waiting in line, the gentlemen in front received great customer service.The same was for me. Great energy, respectful and fast service.As for the burger, boy was it tasty and juicy. Fluffy buns and crispy. The Cali fries was amazing.In short, it’s a must. Don’t miss out.

SUPER YUM! I love hamburgers and was not disappointed with the quality of the burger and fries here! I took advantage of their grand opening combo deal and will be going back for more. The burger meat was great, great taste, great texture, and cooked perfectly! I bought two 12 oz combos and was happy with the size of the order. Brought it home for the hubby and kids who loved it too!The service was also top notch with the manager, Tom, taking and filling orders. He's friendly, but not in that fake way. You can tell he enjoys interacting with his customers and wants them to have a good experience. Everyone needs a Tom running their business! #BeLikeTom
