Great in and out kind of burger place. Fries are delicious and made fresh. They use real cheese curds and the gravy is nice for the poutine but the fresh fries are a nice standout for me. Staff has always been kind and quick with their service. The ingredients also taste "fresh" as per the name of the place. I recommend the Prime Burger. From my experience the thicker patty tastes much more tender than the regular burger you can get. The regular burger is much thinner so I have found it gets cooked a degree further and instead of being medium-well it tastes more well done. I have been to other Fresh Burger locations in the city and this is the best location based on my experiences. I recommend to anyone who is looking to scratch a Burger and Fries itch. The interior has always looked well-maintained and tidy. Easy recommendation for anyone looking for a quick bite in this area.
The service was quick and friendly. The interior of the restaurant is decorated well and clean/well maintained.I ordered the with fresh burger with fries and a soft drink. I thought the burger was pretty average. It did not have enough spice/flavor for my taste. I also find that other places such as Hero Burger have more options available for toppings compared to Fresh Burger. The fries were quite good. I would probably visit again if I am in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat.

This was the BEST veggie burger I have ever had. It’s not a beyond meat patty, but it is loaded with actual veggies in the bun. 11/10!
First time I tried this burger - omg. Best burger I've eaten in Toronto. The beef was juicy and tasty, the buns were soft. A must try!! I got the regular 4 ounce burger, with pickles and onions. Fries were delicious too!! Definitely coming back :)
Couldn't ask for a better burger (double cheese burger) and poutine - 19$ tax incl. Placed the order ahead of time using their own website and it was ready in 13 minutes. Burger , bun and toppings definitely live up to the name, "Fresh" and the poutine had layered cheese instead of it just all being piled on top. A+
Great quality burger but just okay service unfortunately. Ordered off the website for 11am pick up. I came at 11, door was locked. Arrived at the counter to pick up my order and was told they just opened, so it wasn’t ready… not sure why pick up at 11 am is available then. Otherwise a good smash burger for the area.

Never a dissapointment. I love burgers and poutines and keep trying to find the best places for that combo and this place is hard to beat. The burgers are always juciy and full of flavour, super messy but worth it. The poutines are large , tasty and proportioned perfectly. I ordered from The Works last night which was a massive mistake and I should have just gotten fresh burger instead
I ordered today through Uber eats and I specifically asked in three different places that I want my fries well done well it was white like a ghost and cold and not fully cooked. I called the store and she did nothing we asked that she goes and delivers fresh french fries the way we want and she said that it would be a while till she could deliver the phrase because she did not staff her restaurant properly. I would be eating my burger an hour before I would get my fries. This is the third time, three strikes I’m out and I will never order from this location again.
